Am am victim of a fraud on your auction. They took my money and ran. You have not done anything to help. I have filed a complaint with no answer from you. My next step is my congressman. I delt with honesty, but it didn't work on Yahoo. How is your auction run, is it not monitored?

there is a forum, (blue button that says forum in the upper right of your screen) where you can talk to Yahoo but they won't help you, you electronically signed an agreement that they are not responsible, at least that's my guess

In the first place, this is not the place for your grievance.
In the second place, you electronically signed an agreement stating that Yahoo was only the host of the service and was in no way responsible for the transactions that take place within.
You're barking up the wrong tree. Go after the guy who took your money, not Yahoo.

I have not had ANY luck complaining to Yahoo! - all I get is canned email responses which when read it is evident they did read completely what I sent.
