It was a tongue in Cheek Statement yesterday by another on YA. I thought it was great. Jews could hold annual world meeting and have books and presenters all showing the lack of proof of a crusade. I mean If Sooo many in the world belive the Holcaust was fake in Spite of so many still alive thatlived and witnessed it, How much more so a Series of Crusades NO ONE is alive to Prove? Comments?

I think that the US is not giving enough money to the Department of the Interior (which runs national parks) and thus we are seeing poorly staffed and run down parks, anyone out there have an idea on how to fix this issue.

I hired a European national who when hired produced a Social Security card. The verification from the SSA also came back as valid and the card had no " not valid for employment" printed on it.
She filled out her I-9 and everything looked good. Now, a month later I heard through the grapevine that she has overstayed her visa and is an illegal alien for she never applied for citizenship or anything else to legalize her presence here in the US.
Upon asking her about this, she admitted that this was indeed the case. Not knowing what to do in this situation, I have put her on absent leave until further notice. She has been in the US 20+ years and obtained her SS card through regular legal channels. Went to school here and all. I want to know how it is this lady can live here that long have a valid SS card and everything else being an illegal alien. Also..who can i contact to verify her immigration status without putting her at risk of being deported or anything? Thanks.

As foreigners, my kids have been treated like garbage by the Bavarian/German school system. I thought coming to a modern western country, my kids would do just fine. But my honor student has been put into the lowest of three levels of high schools, simply because he does not know German yet. Everyday he is bullied by kids three grades higher. He is forced to do math that he learned three years ago. He has developed OCD as a result of all the stress. As a foreigners here, we are considered low-lifes, even as middle class Americans. I can only imagine how bad it is for immigrants from developing countries.

I truly want to know what it is like for immigrants in the US. As an immigrant, were your children treates so badly? Am I alone, or is this what everyone, everywhere experiences?

I'm almost 15, I'm extremely overweight and have focusing problems. Kids make fun of me at school no matter what . School has made me suicidal, I already cut myself and I can't take it anymore. The legal dropout age here is 18, and I can't wait that long to get out of school. I tried homeschooling, but I have a bad procrastination problem( My mom is at work from noon-4am and my dad leaves at 3am and doesn't get home till 7pm) and have no parents to help me due to their schedules. My mother said she would allow me to drop out and at 16 get my GED, go to a CC and then a vet. school. The thing is, I'm not at legal age to drop out, is there anything I can do? I can't take school anymore, I know it's bad to drop out but it's literally killing me and I'm NOT going back. Anything helpful would be appreciated. Do you think I may be able to convince a judge/ the state to let me legally drop out at my age? I already have good grades and such.

I worked for a guy(business) and was never paid for the work. The total amount is $142 and I've been getting the run around for 3 months. "the hold up is on someone elses end". - is his latest excuse.

My question is, what am I entitled to sue for? The origional $142, how about court costs? any other expenses? intrest? my costs to drive to another city for the hearing?

Only people that KNOW please.

I have received telephone calls and a letter at my place of work by an anonymous caller who makes some very serious allegations and demands that my employer sacks me because of these allegations. The police say there is nothing they can do, is this totally true or do they just not have the resources?

I want to become a foreign service officer. It seems soooo interesting. However, I'm not sure what a good major is(i'm a freshmen in college). I know that international relations is a good major; however, I was wondering if political science or history would be just as good or better?

They talk about men in black suits coming to get all the "conspiracy people" if it (9/11 inside job)was really true,
you counter by saying they ARE trying to silence us, look at all the websites being blocked and taken down and the Mainstream Media black out...
they then try to belittle you and in the same breath say "keep feeding into the idea that the government is that powerfull.

WTF??

People need to get thier head out of the a$$ and stop pitting this on a "left and right" basis but rather a basis of whats right and wrong,.
the word "liberal" is becoming as redundant as catching Bush in a lie.
People can have different ideologies, but what should always be consistant is the overall goal to keep America growing as it was BEFORE 9/11, The U.S government has hurt us in the long run worse then the terrorist have. The terrorists ARE winning...
this war on terror keeps stripping us of our rights daily. We need to as Americans keep it safe, from DOMESTIC and Foreign threats.

How about Hill & Knowlton? I'm sure you remember them. They're the ones who lied to the American People about Iraqi soldiers pulling 312 babies from incubators and letting them die on the floors. I do not understand how anyone could be so cruel as to fabricate a story like this--in spite of the 11 million dollars their rich Kuwaiti government paid them for all their lies to us.

Given this, and other lies such as the WMD story, which induced us to starve half a million Iraqi children to death, I wonder how so many Americans could accept all the news they ever hear without seriously questioning it.

Do you have a special gullibility pill you would recommend? It might make me feel a whole lot better.
