Sexual relations between an adult and someone over the age of 13 would be termed "pederast", not "pedophile".
And that would only apply to nations with such legal definitions.
In the US, such laws were not universally accepted until the 20th century. One of my great grandmothers married at age 13, according to the vital records.

Yes in todays world, but what a can of worms. Best not to go there. Remember this was in a different era, with a different culture so at the time then no.
Remember that Royal families used to marry kids for politcal gain.

If he had sexual relations with a child he was a pedophile. The definition of a pedophile is an adult being sexually attracted to a child. They will just argue that Muhammad wasn't really sexually attracted to her and cut your head off for posting the question. Lol, now that's justice!
