Hey guys! This is my first question here, so if i do something wrong, please don't flame me.

Ok, say I want to make my own religion.

Do I have to go through some special process to make it "official", or does just believing in it already make it official?

Like say my religion prohibits school on friday or something like that. I tell my principal that i can't go to school on friday anymore, because of my new belief. Does he have to just accept it, or can he do something about it?

Like the Amish can't go to school after 8th grade.

If thats the case, couldn't just everybody make up some totally wierd "religions" that allow them to do bad things, and nobody would have the right to stop them due to "freedom of religion"?

And if they tried to, it would be unconstitutional.

anyway, that's all.

thanks in advance!

Many people have said we need a National Healthcare system similar to Canada and the UK. Is this more political rhetoric or is there really something to this?

Governance in India at all levels which include the executive, legislature and the Judiciary has now reached such highly low levels that it appears humanly impossible to revert India back into a civilized nation. Many Ministers are rapists, bail jumpers ,scamsters who have become "Management Experts" and add high inflation in their budgets which is shown as profits and economic growth despite the fact the that the Indian Prime Minister being a so called economist has either no idea of difference between current and constant prices and rewards corrupt and criminal officials and politicians with national honors. The government is not bothered about mass suicides being committed by farmers and extraordinary escalation of prices of essential commodities. The government projects GDP at current prices as a proof of economic growth without using deflators. Judiciary only caters to the well being of Criminals in the Government. Is it possible to reverse this irreversible trend?

Simply present a viewpoint without being labeled either? Politics are about those issues that affects our lives on a daily basis, and all of us have different viewpoints on how to resolve those issues, but it is next to impossible to find a solution if people dig in their heels and their only response is "Liberals this" and "Conservatives that". How about some healthy and spirited debate, but without hitting anyone you disagree with below the belt?

What shall a country do to prove they dont have WMD?
In order to prevent the people/country being attacked by US, for just being wrongly accused of having WMD?

OK, it is fair if US/UN attack a defiant leader/country that posses WMD.

But what about a country being acused, actually they do not have one? What else can the country do to prove?

Example: Iraq admitted they have no WMD as claimed by US/UN.
US/UN do not satisfied, and demand Iraq to OPEN their country for UN/US inspectors. In order to SATISFY the world, Iraq welcomed and agreed to let the UN/US inspect FREELY every inch of its soil. Nothing was found.

The people and children who have already suffered (More than 300,000 children of Iraq died because of the sanction- no supply of medicine), crippled and undermined by the 10 years UN sanctions.

What else can a country do to prove and prevent from being attack by US?

By the way, how come a country admitted to have WMD, not being attacked by US?

I have always been VERY anti-amnesty...anti-illegal. I mean to the point that I wrote and called my senators...congressmen...and governor. I joined an organization that is forming a march in DC in June. I mean you name it...if it was a way to fight illegal immigration, I was all over it.

Then I thought to myself one day...maybe there is just too much hate involved in all this. Maybe this is giving me ulcers that I really don't need.

So, I took a step back...and TRIED...Lord knows that I tried to be compassionate and understanding...thinking that maybe they really ARE here for a better life. I don't know.

And you know what I got...slapped right in the face.

I was told by a coworker that "They (Mexicans) are taking over" and I should get use to it.

In class, a woman was talking about how her illegal husband had to spend 3 days in the desert...and how she has 3 kids with him and is still on state assistance...IOW...WE paid for her kids...

And it goes on and on.

There's a new far-Right bloc in the EU parliament, and naturally the socialists want it to be stripped of the powers and rights given to all recognized parties in the European Parliament.

Pretty good for a group which purports to stand for freedom of expression and the Charter of Rights, huh?
