Not only proud but very much ashamed, what we have caused, it was our government which supported Saddam in the attack on Iran and hundreds of thousands of people were killed, and it was our insist on the UN to impose sanctions on Iraq and through those sanctions 500,000 women and children died, and another nearly 500,000 innocent civilian Iraqis died for our unjustified claim of find weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.

I am not proud that our government is sending young people into Iraq for no reason that I can fathom. No weapons of mass destruction were ever found. They are now in a civil war.

It's like being a referee in a fight. How do you protect an Iraqi from another Iraqi? If we were having riots in the U.S.,what other country would come in to break it up? We would have to do it ourselves.

Hell yes I'm proud, We've conducted one of the most successful military campaigns in history, it's gone almost unmatched except for our military campaign in Afghanistan. We toppled a 30 year old regime in 3 weeks, how is that unsuccessful. The only failure now is on the Iraqi people. They're the ones who can't get their act straight. We have best d*mn military that mankind has ever seen, and I'm proud of all the work they've done in our country's history. Are you proud? Well are you or aren't you?

No! We should not be there. We had no reason to be there! There were no terrorist in Iraq, nor did they have anything to do with 9/11! The latest elections indicate how Americans feel about the war!

Gomer Pyle would say, "Proud, proud, proud, proud, proud" with a heavy Mayberry accent of course.

I would say "Wow! Bush has proven to the world that the US can be beat by an enemy that owns no tanks, nor planes, nor ships. I guess they brought it on afterall." You can't blame the soldiers for the failings of the "commander and chief".

Absolutely! Or at least attempting to do. It is hard to fight off insurgents, terrorists, AND Democrats at the same time!
