I don't want to know if you think someone else is more qualified or want statements like "John McCain in '08," I just want to know who you would choose between the two candidates and why.

They are the ones out there taking the jobs of those who stay at home and depend on the government. People should focus more helping this country become a better a place and show some respect for those who actually are trying to put food on the table. Yeah its wrong for some one to "jump" over but what about those that are here trying to contribute like going to school and paying out of their own pocket.

I will be moving on to a military base in Germany.. I've heard that there's a lot that goes on, on these military bases.. I trust my husband with all my heart and he trust me.. But is it true what they say, about all Military men cheat atleast one.. I married him after he had been single for a few years, he says it's all out his system.. I just hope we don't end up a statistic.. Do anyone have any advise on how I should go into this military life without getting caught up in any of the extra stuff, that goes on? And what is it like being married verses being single and staying on or by a military base?
Serious answers only please.....

NOTE: I am 100 % sure I trust my husband.. He has never gave me a reason to think that he would do anything of the sort..

Due to much argument with my boyfriend I need the answer to this question. He believes it is 9/11, I disagree... being that there are other countries with terrorist attacks, such as: Spain with the ETA, Germany and the UK with Al Queda, Northern Ireland with the IRA, Ethiopia and Somalia vs. one another, the Chechynan rebels with Russia, etc.

My ex-wife and I are divorced. I work Full-time. She does not , and receives a SSI check for being bipolar, plus she has child support coming in from me. So anyway she will not have a W-2 form coming this year. She wants her mother and step-grandfather to claim the child , so she can benefit from it. My question is- am I legal to claim my child?

and go to work half dead, can' even get a break. What in the hell is wrong with the Government? They reward Welfare Hoes with 5 or more kids, by giving them FREE insurance, money, and groceries. What really makes me want to go postel, is the fact that I, pay for these bitches to stay at home, spread their legs for the next jackoff to knock them up. I know that there are exceptions to everything, but sometimes it just ticks me off. My son and husband were sick and I had to pay over $350 for their medicine. What's right about this???

Just look at all of his comical fiascos; the war, illegal immigration, his Supreme Court nominee, Harriet what'sherface, the "You're doing a heck of a job, Brownie" comment, lack of stem cell research, among others. Can you think of one good thing he's done? Too many to list. I admit I voted for the guy, but I think that he can easily be considered one of the five worst presidents of all time. What's your opinion on it?

We're deeply divided: on one side, those who love America, support our troops and want to stop the Mexican invasion RIGHT NOW.

On the other, the pro-homosexual, pro-Muslim bleeding hearts who would rather fight for the rights of an Arab terrorist or those of an illegal alien than for their country and the people here legally.

THESE TWO SIDES CANNOT LIVE TOGETHER. Is there any solution to avoid the coming war?

for malpractice if the doctor makes a mistake? If so, what doctors do you think will continue to work in poor communities?

General info - Most public aid patients do not pay, and the doctor get about $15 for 4-5 hours of work. Malpractice insurance goes up every time a doctor is sued and it can be very stressful because in some cases one can sue for more than the insured amount...so the doctor can lose everything to someone s/he volunteered to help.

I am biased due to the number of doctors in my family, so I am curious what the general public thinks.

PS -- Let's assume it's not gross negligence like cutting off the wrong leg or something insane...

I have been summonsed to jury duty. I don't mind, would actually enjoy it. But the timing is off big time. I had been unemployed for 8 months, got layed off through a buy-out. I just got a job at the first of November and don't think jury duty would fit well in my first few months. I love this job and don't want to miss anything about it - and we have a review presentation (I have been working on for weeks!) and have made flight reservations for it. I need to be there. I live in Arkansas - if that helps legally, any advice? Thanks!
