For example if he says " I've got you on a hidden camera" And you say ok fine, then I did it.. But there was no hidden camera. Can he do that?

i think that this is just a minor case but for example--imagine you pass a note in class telling in depth details of a friends death, your personal health, or something you would never tell anyone but your best friend. is it a violation of the privacy act if the not is read aloud? also, why are teens under 18 not allowed to leave home with out court permission? what if the court does not understand your case? what if you are in danger of emotional abuse and there is no evidence, so the court will not let you go? how are teens supposed to act like adults if we do not have adult rights????
help please. i am lost. recently a teacher at my school told me that I dont have any rights. this confuses me and i am not going to shut up and sit down in my school until i know my rights are protected, informed, and cared about. help me out!

I am dissatisfied with the performance and direction that Congress has taken in taken in recent years. Frivolous and absurd issues like a gay marriage ban are brought to the top of Congress' todo list while important and needy issues like the environment are pushed to the back burner. If you are in the army and you get deployed to iraq or afghanistan, and you are in a career that has nothing to do with combat, will they still give you a gun or are you a sitting duck. I dont mind being in a combat zone, but I better be able to kill someone if I need to.

i don't understand this we shell out 20 bucs for 2 movie tickets then another ten to 15 for popcorn and soda. then u go to buy the DVD and they charge u almost 30 bucs just for that then they put a copy right on the DVD so u can't copy it. then they come out with an uncut version of the same movie and make u pay that same 30 bucs for that one as well. so u have actually paid almost 100 dollars for the same movie but yet they call the down loaders the pirates

Further after corrospondence I have been requisted to send an amuont of $1200USD as verification and ligalisation charges and contribution towards National Insurence by the internal Affairs Ministry of Nigeria I had even talked with the minister over telephone and he also told me that yes my yahoo id being attached with a prize worth $200,000.00USD. Why don't they take time to ask why is it ILLEGAL to begin with.

Like did you know...marijuana was first made illegal in 1937 by Harry Anslinger because...at the time Mexicans were the only ones that really used it and he wanted to arrest them?

The law was also passed because those that were voting against it didn't even know what they were really voting on....they just listened to what Mr. Anslinger said. (that sounds familiar..huh)

I just wish more people actually took the time to educate themselves before making such ignorant statements as..."It's illegal period". Kind of like...Daddy government said it's bad...so it is so.

As we speak, we are paying for people who are in jail because they were caught smoking pot. I think this is completely ridicolous, our jails are filling up and there is no room for the real criminals like murderers, rapist, theives, and other much more harmful crimes. If someone wants to destroy their lives by doing drugs, I say we let them. It would be like throwing everyone who drops out of high school in jail, it just doesn't make sense. Don't get me wrong, I do strongly believe in Rehab for those who WANT to recieve help. MAKE POT LEGAL!!!

I am thinking about joining the army, and I was wondering when they deploy people overseas. After basic training, you go to AIT(advanced individual training), do you get shipped out after you get done with AIT or do you leave right after basic training.

I lived outside the states before I was charged through the state of Virginia, which I returned to see what the charge was about. Well never the less I was given 10 years, suspended all but 18 months, which I was released Nov 1 2006 and given 3 years probation. The question is........Can I leave the country without them knowing, in which i plan not to return at all, as I was planning on this before I received the charge. My passport is valid, would they know if I left? Do they check people before they leave the country seeing if they have warrents or are on probation?

so here it goes serious replies please, ok say u have no id at all no birth certificate no social security card no drivers lisence and each place you go to get 1 of these things want another form of id so what do you do? you go to get bith certificate and they want another form of id same goes for social sec. and drivers license.
