This is bogus. There's no such thing as an International Lottery. It would have to be run by the UN or something, and why would they waste their time with that?
Plus you have to actually ENTER the lottery...you didn't do that did you? No didn't think so.
Spam the emails.

SCAM! Almost all countries have laws against such activities. They will take your money and you will get nothing.
