Is Jefferson an indication that the morals of the Liberals are non-existent. Or could it be that it is only the people in New Orleans? When the Democrats went around calling the Republicans all child predators, because of one Congressman did they think they would get a free pass on Jefferson, Bill and Hillary, Teddy, and the Joke teller?

Why do Cons support leaders who are in the hip pocket of outsourcing entrepreneurs and investors, rather than the American worker, and those who hire him and contribute meaningfully to the health of the American economy? All the GOP leadership cares about it their own pocket book. The way they make all the American workers whom they have degraded into poverty buy their little game is by claiming to own morality and values. Their whole program is based on an attempt to twist a presidential flirtation with an intern into something more morally improper than war and trashing the Constitution under the guise of Homeland Security. --And to claim the murder of Americans in Iraq is any more morally justifiable than abortion.

That's just wrong, don't you agree, fellow Americans?

Patriots and smart people (Liberals) only respond, please.

I would like to know the specific rules regarding the American Flag (As in not letting it touch the ground, etc.) I have a question regarding puting words on it. I was wondering if it was OK to put wording on the flag itself along the bottom- If i did could that break any weird laws regarding the flag? Someone i know wanted an American Flag to fly as their dune buggy whip with the words on it "love it or leave it". I was going to attempt to make this for them as a Christmas gift, but then i got to wondering if this would break any no no's for flags. Please help me- any thoughts would help.

I got a speeding ticket at the end of November here in Michigan. I cannot have 2 points on my license at all because of my job as an EMT or I will get fired.

I worte a letter to the court explaing to the judge that I could not have two more points on my license because of my EMT job.
I also expressed my desire to become a better driver and if I could take a drivers improvment class and pay the ticket but not get the points on my license. I got a letter in the mail from the court saying that I have a court date in January and that after the Judge read my letter that she wanted to set up an informal hearing on the matter. My question is what am I going to expect now. Does that mean that I could very well take the driver improvment class? Does she want me to come in and discuss it or what does it mean that she wants a hearing on the mater after she read my letter?

As if Bush doesn't have enough to worry about already.

I assume, like everything else, no planning has been made for the Iraqi reaction to this event.

Has anybody heard of any plans being made? What do you think will happen?

general pinochet is dead, a dictator he sure was. He killed over 100,000 thousand people and was responsible for 10,000 people missing in chile. And guess who was supported him, yes the u.s and u.k. He even got invation to the u.k by the them prime minister margreat thatcher for him to have a heart operation. He stole over 10 billion dollars of chileian public money and invested it in banks abroad while his people starved and suffered. The u.s backed him in a coup to overthrow a democraticaly elected government and take power in a bloodied coup. So was the prime minister of panama who was kiddnapped and jailed by the u.s government. Now there are lots more dictators worse then saddam hussain who the u.s hve put in power. Now is this being a hypocrite or not? or is protecting your own intrests by killing civillians and turning a peacefull country into a war torn battlefield justified?

By asking people who wish to answer to support their arguments with reason and analysis, I hope to deter people from saying, "polygamy should be illegal because it has not been recognized as a traditional form of Christian marriage." This answer is no good for me. Though it may be a good answer for people who share your beliefs (and that may be dubious), it will not convince someone who doesn't share your religious convictions. So, please support your answer with analysis and reason.

If we were able to get a democratic government there tomarrow, everyone knows that all branches of the new government would end up in the hands of religious extremists who would continue to hate Americans.
Do Americans want to pay the bill for that outcome?
