I say cells with no windows, white walls, bright white lights on 24/7, 5 x 5 rooms, the misquito pitch sound going at all times

They should get mind control devices, or even better, give them bladder cancer by placing bathrooms out of reach but yet teach them proper etiquette to use a bathroom. From such, they will eventually develop bladder cancer and die
