Well, this source (CNN) includes level of education and union membership. I've never seen an exit poll that included occupation.

Exit polls are not reliable. Most people avoid the pollsters. They also never include absentee voters. Exit polls also tend to be rigged by selecting precincts that historically vote the way pollsters want the poll to go. Do they even ask about occupations?

You can contact a pollster or market research firm that has done exit polling and ask to speak to someone with regard to their data.
