Mayor Pushes Spanish in Texas Town

EL CENIZO, Texas (AP) -- The mayor of a Mexican border community says he doesn't know and doesn't care how many of the town's residents are illegally in the country.

Mayor Rafael Rodriguez stood fast Thursday behind ordinances adopted last week declaring the town a ``safe haven'' for illegal immigrants and requiring Spanish at City Council meetings.

Since "Mission Accomplished!" Bush has methodically followed a formula for disaster in Iraq. Bush is far from stupid. One must conclude he purposefully intended to topple Saddam and leave Iraq in chaos.
This leads one to wonder why. What would be the possible motivation for such a stratergy?

My husband is thinking of re-joining the army as active duty he was reserve before. I stand behind whatever decision he makes i am just not sure what to expect. He still has to go to meps but they said his ship date would be jan 9. I am just nervous any advice will be helpfull.

The Iraq Study Group has put forth their suggestion that many more American forces should be interposed among the Iraqi forces. We are fighting on different fronts in Iraq-and the terrorists, both Iraqi and foreign, are one of them, as well as the sectarian violence militias like Muktada al Sadr.
