I was told by someone in their office that I need to include a mail declaration before I can file a response, but she couldn't tell me what it is and what it needs to contain, because she wasn't allowed to give legal advice.

this guy single handedly leaded 15 people out of the towers ,he was the last civilian to be pulled from the rubble alive .he was going to be backed to run for congress ,but the man had a conscience and went public saying bombs were going off in the buildings ,he was told to keep his mouth shut and he would receive many deals mounting up to millions of dollars ,yet turned it all down because he would not be corrupted and actually stood up for himself his familly his country and was demonised for it .

Is this man still a hero even though he wouldnt go along with the lies and propaganda?

of coarse the answer is yes he is still a hero , but what is your take.

id like to remind people that nearly 90% of the media is controlled by james murdoch's company, he is a illuminati member.

Does a repo-man have the right to physically enter your car while individual is present and try to take the car. Repo-man reaches in car and tries to unlock door then grabs keys in the ignition and shuts car off and puts it in park. Also physically touches individual but causes no harm Does he have the right to do that? Also what are my rights on this issue?

Would you appreciate or find it offensive if someone tries to dissuade from any desire for vengeance/revenge you may have by quoting Romans 12:19 although you are not a Christian?

Repo-man reaches inside car and tries to unlock door and tries to take keys out of ignition. Puts car in park and block individual in so he can't voluntarily turn the car over himself. Also physically touches individual but does not cause any harm. Do I have any rights and if so what are they?

im asking this because with our military stretched to the limit, i keep thinking invasion could be possible. I mean if we have to resort to using the national guard well, dont you think it could happen.

A few days after the event I remember someone told me that we should do nothing... that these terrorsits groups want us to live in fear, change our lifestyle, and bring war to the middle east. This idea was shocking to me because it came from a conservative republican. I wanted Osama's head on a platter... and I'm mostly a democrat. Have we have fallen for the trap laid out by the terrorists? Afghanistan seemed very clear and that our actions were justified since that government was harboring these terrorists. Iraq was never so clear in my mind. However, Saddam is a bad dude and I'm glad we got him.

I can understand being reported for vile language...let's be real, if you can't say it without crude words, don't say it at all. But we are talking about politics, not baby powder. If you disagree, either say you disagree, or go on to the next question....

Why is this the Endlessly used excuse validating the allowance of policies that are eroding our freedoms and giving our governments more control and responsibility over our lives? In a dictatorship this is progressive thinking, in a free society it is regressive thinking.

The problem lies with what is considered to be "something to hide". I don't want to be filmed 24 hours a day, everywhere I go, does that mean I've got something to hide? I don't much like the idea of being fingerprinted if i want to go into a bar, does that mean I have got something to hide? Yes, if I am an enemy of the gestapo in the 1930s, but no if I am a free citizen in 21st century Britain or America.

Since when were long established civil liberties and the citizen's right to privacy replaced with this "new freedom", this "freedom lite" shall we call it, this guilty until proven innocent mantra?

I have tried unsuccessfully by email and telephone to reach someone who can get a message through to former Argentina President Fernando De La Rua. The emails that I have sent have not been returned so someone had to receive them. And since I am in the New York City area, I tried by telephone to reach the Argentina mission to the UN but no one there speaks english anymore. Lena

I'm a little confused. Why is it that people feel that homeless people who have had every advantage given them in life, first and foremost being BORN here and schooled here and with all the same opportunities you and I have had to build a great life and achieve something deserve to be helped more than a starving Mexican family who risks their very lives to come here for no more than the opportunity to work hard and succeed?

I'm sick and tired of people in America wanting handouts to survive. Most people who are homeless are so because they CHOOSE to be! I have very personal experience with trying to help the homeless. I'm not saying this is true of ALL of them but most are unmotivated, uncaring, complacent people who have the Eeyore syndrome (woe is me).

By the way, it's also ILLEGAL to live on the streets. Why don't we look at this CRIME the same way we do with disgust at the CRIME of someone crossing the border to survive?

If you are a citizen of a country other than the US and was taken to the US against your will, and have been trying to get help for yourself, but no one will cooperate. What happens if there is evidence that you have tried to get help for yourself, and people around you still are treating you as if you are an US citizen when you aren't to the best of your knowledge?

In November of this year, three states voted not to legalize marijuana -- Colorado, Nevada, and South Dakota. My question is, is there evidence to show that a trend will eventually sway public opinion over the 50% mark? I'm looking for data that shows that either public opinion is not moving, or, if it is, when will a majority support legalization?

Where can I find that kind of data?
