Absolutely, the Army light infantry units do extensive amphibious training, Rangers especially. During the 1989 invasion in Panama the Army conducted numerous amphibious assaults. Ever hear of D-Day? Largest amphibious assault in military history, conducted was conducted by the U.S. Army.

Not to the extent that the Marine Corps does, but yes, they do practice it. The Army actual has many boats and they actually have more aircraft then the Air Force.

The army has a special unit that engages in amphbious warfare and they have a training for it.
