The weekend after the statue of Saddam Hussein fell, Kenneth Adelman and a couple of other promoters of the Iraq war gathered at Vice President Cheney's residence to celebrate. The invasion had been the "cakewalk" Adelman predicted. Cheney and his guests raised their glasses, toasting President Bush and victory. "It was a euphoric moment," Adelman recalled.

Forty-three months later, the cakewalk looks more like a death march, and Adelman has broken with the Bush team. He had an angry falling-out with Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld this fall. He and Cheney are no longer on speaking terms. And he believes that "the president is ultimately responsible" for what Adelman now calls "the debacle that was Iraq."

questions? i had one question, i pointed out some of my personal views, even though im a democrat im against GAY people, im PRO-life, but the reason why i favor the democratic party is because they are PRO-black. i see other people be asking perverted sexual questions, yahoo dont remove their sick questions, but mine, expressing my political views, which are my RIGHTS, and CLEAN questions, nothing filthy, they remove my questions. my question is on what BASIS yahoo removes someones question? in my opinion, they remove them under their own personal views. who knows, they might remove this one, and it will only prove my point. and YES, homosexuality is WRONG

HANOI, Vietnam (AP) - President Bush sought Chinese President Hu Jintao's help on dual fronts Sunday, aiming to rein in North Korea's nuclear ambitions and encourage the Chinese people to buy more U.S. goods.

Capping a three-day stay in Vietnam's capital, Bush also asked for help from Moscow in the North Korea nuclear dispute and celebrated a deal allowing Russia to join the World Trade Organization.

i was given a caution after 6 months ( as i did not do it) i was advised to say i did, i got just a caution and avoided court, i have to attend an interview to travel to the usa next march and november

i have many previosue usa stamps in my passport and hope this counts to getting visa.

Let me put it to you this way. If it wasn't for the media, you wouldn't be here on Yahoo. You wouldn't have television, radio, or the internet. You'd have no way to excersize your first amendment rights, and no way of getting information to keep yourself informed.
It is your job to pull the facts out of the pitch of the story. Even if you don't agree with the reporter, you have a thousand more who are telling you the same thing, only with a different slant.

Perhaps it is fear of the facts which drives them to hate the messanger. What do you think?
