No--we will never see that money again. And we will pay more. BUT--we will not continue with the raising costs of supporting people who are not contributing their full share-and that is a BIG savings.
We need law and order-not chaos. And right now we do have chaos. States have deficients they can not pay-that are climbing. And one of the big reasons (that we can control) in a mass coming here illegally.
There has to be a better more "Orderly" way than breaking the law to be here. If you break laws with full knowledge that you were in the wrong don't complain because of consequences. The choices were yours-rather you like the rules or not.
My choice would be (if given to me);
Protect the border first and stop adding to the problems. Hold employers accountable. Than work on the rest.
Add On--I was helping a friend and saw a post
"I'm as good to a person as people are to me"
I will remember that. Here on this matter of deportation and on others.

First of all I think that it will never happen. There are too many illegal people in this country-from all over the world...not just Mexico. Secondly, once all the illegals are gone who is going to do all the so called "dirty work". I don't know about you but I'm glad that I don't have to be the one that builds the roads, houses and cleans the floors. I respect them in that they will do whatever it takes to have freedom and survive for their families..no matter what the job. I know a lot of immigrants and they pay their taxes every year just like we do...most of them have insurance and don't do anything to hurt anyone.
Native American Indians are the only ones "native" to this country. Does that mean we should all leave?

I would not expect that you will see any mass deportations in the near future. The whole US economy depends on cheap illegal labour to function. Everytime Immigration starts to pick people up factory owners and farmers start to complain and order to back off are given.

I doubt it'll ever happen... Most of the illegal immigrants take the sh***ty jobs Americans wouldn't take and they really don't get any kinda good money.... Beside I feel that these foreigners got American business' from some American who sold out..... Maybe I'm wrong but if we made it here,sold it here, and employed it here.... then we might all be better off.... Tax payers always get screwed anyway long before we had this many problems with immigrants!!

No, there will be other slush funds created. Also, too much paper work to deport millions. There must be other solutions beside that insidious wall which will also cost millions. How much money are we supposed to spend to be right?

Prove that there are federal or state funds allotted for "Mass deportations".
I believe that you are mistaken.

Billions of dollars... but there would be losses in the workforce - I don't know what the full effects would be.
