I had a client last week to whom I was telling that I had a guy doing my house top to bottom. She expressed some interest in maybe having him do some work for her. Mind you, she is a gay woman who is extremely liberal. The first question she asked me was: "What is his ethnicity?" When I told her, she lost interest. Who is the racist here?

What kind of first gentleman would Bill Clinton be?

When voting for the President, you also vote for the vice president and their spouses. Through out history the first ladies of the president (including Hillary Clinton) have done outstanding jobs to further education, families, and other "close to home" issues that that comes with the presidency; but the president may not be directly involved with. Hit and run in a parking lot?

I hit a car in a parking lot a week ago, but there was no damage at all to the other car. However, my car was slightly damaged, and I waited for the other driver so I could tell my side of the story. Unfortunately, I was late for class, so I forgot to leave a note. This is in California, so will I go to jail for not leaving a note? What is the law if...?

I know that this may sound stupid, but today I received a $31 phone bill from a 57 second collect phone call. Can this company legally do this? There was never any mention of the first minute costing $9 and $4 for every minute there after or that it is a minimum of 5 minutes. They told me that I needed to request that information. Is this legal? What are my options here? Do I have to pay it?

does anybody else believe like i do, that men who get caught soliciting prostitutes should have their names?

printed in the paper?...i mean, they would post mine if i was caught committing a misdemeanor of some sort.. what are they afraid of?...if a person is charged with the crime of soliciting a prostitute then that person's name should be in the paper..simple as that...it may help cut down on the problem...please don't bash me too badly here...it's just my opinion..

What do you think of citizens press conference in 2008 with the Rep & Dem Presidential candidites?

The general idea would be to get say 20 average citizens from around the country to pose ??s on the burning issues of the day to the two candidites. I am not very interested in people responding on why it would not work, nor going into logistical issues that need to be addressed.
