Well the UK are supposed to be friends but Scotland hates the English apparently but that doesn't matter so I'm gonna say Southern Ireland because of the IRA

Bombs should not be dropped neither on your home nor anyone else's but should be placed in a museum where children would be taken to be told that PEOPLE used these things to kill each other in the past, now they do not do it anymore...
