I came in as an E-1. I got E-2 out of boot camp. I got E-4 and E-5 first time up. I put on E-6 right at the 6 year mark. Chief Petty Officer at 10 1/2 years.

Probably E-5 or E-6, but theoretically, you could go into Officer Candidate School early in that 6 years and make O-3 by the end of that time. Of course, a lot of people don't think an O-3 outranks an E-6.

Probably a Second Class Petty Officer, depending on your MOS and how critical it is, could make First Class.

Petty Officer First Class? Maybe, if you're ultra-super-numerary, you might make Chief. And I DO mean you'd have to make them think you are Christ returned.
