I believe the Anti-Federalist had the Bill of Rights puts in and then it was pretty much supported with some opposition.

I'm sure like the way we still react to anything new and or different...by ridiculing it harshly with a closed mind and putting down any of those who agree with whatever the case may be. Take a look at gay marriage. Same thing...OMG its new...its different... Another example of this would be giving African Americans (or whatever they want to be referred to as these days and I'm not trying to be snotty about that) freedom way back in the 60s was it? Did the white folks react with open arms or did we shun it? I hope this answers your question. "We the people" haven't change. Not in the grand scheme of things. Not too many people are willing to change what they are used to or comfortable with. Its no different now then it was back then. Maybe worse off now. That I couldn't tell you.

Parades and new flags. The Constitution should be preserved and don't let the fools tell you different. They are still pushing to destroy it. The plans have been laid.
