Like:

John Kerry was against the Vietnam War. Who knows? He might be, but he SERVED in that war. I read (on a NON-Partistan) website that Geroge W. Bush didn't even SHOW UP FOR TRAINING.

A Jim Davis bashing commercial says that he has the 2nd worst attendance record in Congress history. He has the 2nd worst record THIS YEAR, not through the 10 years he was in Congress. AND his attendance was still 93%.

So why do we chose to beleive all the adds, when there is an amazing tool [computer & internet] that can tell you ALL THE FACTS?!?!

For as long as I can remember....all the polls have been wrong. The last 2 elections the polls were so off the news agencies said they were not going to declare winners untill all the results were in....What happened.
Maybe this is why people don't vote as often as they should...the news agencies already declared winners.

Whats the difference between a Democrat and a Republican? I don't want answers from people who are hardcore Democrats or Republicans. I just want to know the differences.

No mindless chest-beated answers please.

The reason why I am asking because the textbooks at my school are too simplistic and keeps things short and sweet. i.e. they aren't very informative or clear on the reasons behind the actions.

Based on his record of unecessary war(s) should he be tried for genocide, war crimes & crimes, against humanity?

Since we all now know that the reason for Iraq was an elaborate lie. (and Iraq had nothing to do with 9-11 )

My Grandpa has rented the house he lives in for almost 20 years and has been a good tenant. He's almost 80 years old. Now his landlord suddenly wants him to move out because he wants somewhere for his hired help to stay. That just doesn't seem right to me. I don't understand why he should have to live the rest of his life somewhere that is not really home to him. Does anybody know if this is okay?

I was watching tv tonight when it was announced that Connecticut now has a republican governor. I don't like this because Connecticut is a very liberal and open-minded state and a Republican governor should not be running Connecticut.

With America growing more and more out of touch and out of step with the rest of the world and their penchant for "Pre-emptive war genocide, racism, spying, neo-con governments; policies of economic and ecological devastation for the rest of the world, are they doomed to fall onto the same scrap heap of the past empires?.. if so when? and how soon do you hope so?

I don't mean the Flakvierling, or the Flak88 uber cannon, but the kind that fires shells that explode in little black poofs. They can be seen in many ww2 games, TV programs and movies.

I just wondred how they work? Do they actually explode when they come near a plane? Or is it more like a fuse is lit within the shell when it fires, and its up to luck if it blows near the planes or not?

Thanks,

-Bacon

If the Constitution gives the right of persons over 18 to vote, then one would think that at 18 a person gains responsibilty. And at 18 anyone is eligible to go and die for their country. Then why would the drinking age be set at 21? Are the 18-20 years olds not responsible enough to drink, but yet can go and die for their country and have the right to vote?

I was looking for a courtcase on something that involved my infant and found the case, but do not understand the process. I copied and pasted the information. I don't know what an initial pretrial is, etc., and do not understand since I was the one that made the complaint, why I haven't been called as a witness. Do I have anything at all to say about this case. This happened in Texas.

Please read on for more information.
