It's not a close enough race at this point. This web site is the official statistics for the state and it updates on its own. It's the Secretary of State site.

You're right, there is no run-off for governor in Texas, but I don't think we have to worry about it. It's not close enough; (unfortuneately) Perry is most likely going to take the win.
