I am a student, and I have applied to several out of state school, and would have still had to pay out of state tuiton rates which are twice the amount of in state rates. As a U.S. citizen I don't believe it is fair for a illegal immigrant who to recieve in state rates when I can't do the same. When going through the process you have to provide tax, and residency information to qualify and if you are an illegal you most likely can not or will not for risk of being deported supply work, home, and social security information. So why are colleges and univ.'s bending the rules for non-citizens but don't give breaks to Young student U.S. citizens who are paying out the butt for a college education?

I have already signed the contract that requires I participate in 'productions'. After signing, I was shown the costume and it is a character/person that has been personally offensive and cruel to me. This person is is awful, and I do not want to be forced to emulate him. I cannot even think of having to be forced to wear this costume without tears coming to my eyes. Are there any legal grounds (severe emotional distress?) that I can stand on?

I was wondering if anyone knew if a traffic warrant would show up if someone had to do a background check for a new job? The person is moving to a different state so the job isn't in the same state as the warrant. Thanks in advance!

I don't think we will ever see it.
Hussein has the right to appeal the decision. I don't think he will ever swing. The sentence and/or media hype was very likely done to improve the scathed image of the republican party.
Think about it and tell me what you think.

Or is it that English Citizens are just really on their side?
While they preach Jihad against the infidel West, you can all lock arms and chant "down with America"!... for shame.
Do you forget that they plot PREIraq in your own country, they their own countries citizens, since many are British nationals as well as Muslim Extremists. So how can you tell them apart?
And if they don't have allegiance to your country, than shouldn't they be kicked out? You would think...
They bite the hand which feeds them and you just keep feeding them.

If they plotted in YOUR country another terrorist attack on the US and succeeded in carrying it out, would you shrug and say we deserve it?

Who's side are you on?

I know I will. I am sick of the Republicans running (ruining) this country. Since Bush became president our national debt is the highest ever. Attention middle America.............you voted for his re-election.

Today even the medical faculty of liberal Washington University took an ad in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch in opposition to Missouri Proposition 2, and the liberal Sierra club paid for the ad. I was afraid opposition to Prop 2 was only a conservative thing.

Even back in Abraham Lincoln's time (a Republican) opposed a Republican rule to prevent immigrants from voting. Today, a letters went out to Hispanics saying they had no right to vote, even if they are naturalized and are registered.

They think they can win the Congress, but if recent history is any indication, they are setting themselves up for a huge disappointment. I remember how they thought Hanoi John Kerry was a "shoe in" for President in 2004. They were wrong.

It will be really funny if they fall short of their expectations. I remember some liberal went to Ground Zero after Bush won in 2004 and committed suicide. http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/2004-11-07-suicide-nyc_x.htm
