Medical faculty of Washington University and the Sierra Club opposed to human cloning?

Today even the medical faculty of liberal Washington University took an ad in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch in opposition to Missouri Proposition 2, and the liberal Sierra club paid for the ad. I was afraid opposition to Prop 2 was only a conservative thing.
