I was wondering if I can move out at 16? I'am constantly emotionally abused by my mom... she always finds a new reason to put me down. I have considered suicide many times but I really don't want to end my life like that. I really don't know what to do anymore. I have a good job, I keep good grades and I'm a very independent person. I really can't put up with her putting me through this hell anymore.I have run away once and the police got involevd but they took her side because she is a fake person and told them lies... so if someone can answer this for me please do so as soon as possible...Thankyou

I know attorneys are busy, but they should at least have the courtesy to update you -- at least on a yearly basis!!! The deadline on the probate was 2 years ago. At this point, I still do not even know who has filed a claim. This is a small town in Arkansas, and being probate has to stay within the county. So far, I've not even found another attorney to step in. I suppose this has to do with not crossing the territorial lines of their colleagues. At what point is it criminal for an attorney to take money and then not complete a case at his own choosing and not having the "ethics" to keep you informed?

If enough signatures were obtained on a national petition. Would This be enough to require lawmakers to enact legislation prohibiting the sale of tobacco products? I understand there will be a black market. my thought is an attempt to deter new smokers .I hold no animosity for smokers .But i bet every smoker has or will wish they had never started. Tobacco companies have raised nicotine levels by 16% in the past 5 years. Prohibition was totaly different. And it is a lot harder to illegally grow tobacco than to distill alcohol. My thought is this would greatly reduce this dangerous practice. I know some will mention marijuana but this is used in minute numbers compared to tobacoo products.

If Reps want to divide families with tyrannic walls and apartheid, then they are against families and moral values. Foley is a good example of what I'm talking about.

Missouri is currently having a referedum vote on funding stem cell research. I really like the idea of voting on an issue rather than voting for a representative that will be constantly be bribed and lobbied. I think representative government is failing us because our representatives don't really do what people want. I know both democrats and republicans that support stem cell research funding. I'm thinking what if we didn't vote for people or parties, but rather for issues. Why do we need political parties to divide us? There are alot of things people agree on. I'm tired of the childish behavior of our congress. Why are we paying these people to get bribed by big business and to stalk the people that work for them? How could we change our government to make it better?

the best world would be one where people over the age of 25, with a very positive work history, no criminal acts, no felonies, were all able to carry a gun. Our crime rate would be substantially lower just like in canada, they have almost no crime. Would you really walk up and rob and beat up someone and commit all the crimes this world does if you knew that person had a gun on them? no. Everyone would mind their own business, this works, if it didnt canada wouldnt allow it. This country is not as free as everyone thinks.
