The only way to stop illegal immigration is to eliminate the factors that cause it in the first place. Putting up a wall and deporting all illegals is like building a dam with no holes, it will eventually explode. For all of you anti immigrants who think this is the best solution, DO IT and in 2016 we will have not 12 but 40 million people entering the country illegaly.
