If we're making phone calls over skype, (We're in california, god knows where the skype servers are) is it legal to record them without consent? If I wanted to create a skype prank phone call podcast, I would need to.

"So when will the troops come home? When we won't put up with it anymore-when we change our government. And how will we do that? By voting the bastards out! On November 7, you should vote for anyone who's against the war and vote against anyone who's for the war. It's that simple."

So, to even pose questions about political questions, many people's first response is for me to SHUT UP.

The SECOND most popular response is for me to read a book, do some research, get educated, etc.

The irony is that I am almost finished with my PhD--and I have two masters degrees, and, obviously the bachelors degree. I read, research, and get educated as a way of life.

What else must I do, before my questions are taken seriously?

With all the political scandals "lately" (im being nice), is there a politician out there that really stood up for your core beliefs? Someone who really made you proud and helped to regain some of your faith in the political process?

In Have any Noble acts come from D.C lately? What were they?

WHO IM PROUD OF:

Physician, author, and veteran Dr. Ron Paul. Republican Congressman. THIS GUY IS DIFFERENT!

Elected as a Republican against the wishes of the party leadership, who backed Paul's primary opponent, the incumbent Democratic representative!

His base of support has been among conservative Republicans. NOT THE GODDAMN NEOCONS(who are the real libs)

WHY IM PROUD
Unlike many political candidates, Paul receives the overwhelming majority of his campaign contributions (92.5%) from individuals, not corporations.

Voted against the Patriot Act in 2001 and again in 2005.
Strongly endorses American withdrawal from the U.N

Look him up, and dont give up!

Are the students from the Columbia University's Chicano Caucus, who are apparently under investigation for "disorderly conduct" when they stormed the stage while minuteman director was giving a speech, expelled? That would really make me sad because I hated the president of the Republican party from that university on a live debate. I wish i was on the other table debating against his "free speech" rhetorics. The chicano caucus however, need a better orator expecially if u have someone representing in the media for them.

of our country and why do they get to vote on their own exhorbitant salery increases. would it not be better to tie thier income increases to the cpi and make this the only way for them to receive an increase. for our current leader to make the statement of you have to pay large sums of money to attract the right sort of people to the job just doesnt cut it with me, any one has the right to take a stand with a political party go through the process and then nominate for the position of leader be it state or federal. Come on Australia lets take control of our political process and reign in these rampaging corporation puppet's before its to late and our kids lose everything that our fathers have fought for.

A little 80 year old lady had always wanted to join a local bikers club.

One day she goes up and knocks on a biker's door. A big, hairy, bearded biker with tattoos all over his arms answers. She proclaims, "I want to join your club."

The guy was quite amused, but says she needs to meet certain biker requirements in order to join he explains. The biker asks; "Do you have a motorcycle?

The little old lady replies, "Yep, my bike's parked over there," and points to a flamed black Harley chopper in the driveway.

The biker asks, "Do you drink?" The little old lady replies, "Yep, drink like a fish. I'll drink everyone in your club under the table."

The biker asks, "Do you smoke?"

The little old lady replies, "Yep, smoke like a chimney. At least 2 packs of cigarettes and three joints a day and a couple more in the evening, while I'm shooting pool."

The biker is becoming very impressed and asks, "Last question, have you ever been picked up by the fuzz?"

The little old lady thinks for a minute and says, "Nope, but I've been swung around by my nipples a few times."
