Hello, Sounds good to me but don't waste your time writing or calling your Congressman or others there are only two places you really go and that is the Defense Logistic Agency or the Defense Contract Management Agency. Write up your proposal (if it were me I would have it patented prior to presenting it to anyone) then submit as a unsolicated Proposal (then the name of your proposal). Get a patent and try contacting a defense contractor like Lockheed Martin or the like ,and by the way I grew up in Tahoe, Meyers then moved to Zephyr Cove just going by your screen name and thought I would say hi
