What is the best way for my partner to have a right to live in the U.K?

My partner- South African. ME- swiss national
He has a 2 year visa and will have to go back. we have plans to live here but we dont want to get married as yet. I can live here because of my swiss nationallity.

Accountability? Bush's grandfather's Union Bank and it's loan to Hitler's Third Reich.?

I've read where W's grandfather was busted for loaning money to the Nazi's but can't find out what penalty the U.S. government bestowed upon him. Was it hidden like Bush's AWOL from the National Guard?

Why does UK-Europe use double the power 240V, compared to North America's 120V to power the same appliances?

Does this mean Europe and probably a lot of other countries are potentially wasting energy, if this is the case wouldn't it be a wise move for the european government to change the power output to match North America?

Can I apply for dual citizenship for Italy....?

I am born in the U.S. from French parents. I currently have dual citizenship with France. But can I apply for Italian citizenship If my Great-Grand mother was born in Italy and later moved after a year of birth to France. This is from my mom side and she was born after 1900 and before 1940. So can I apply for italian citizenship or no in this case?

Since US independence, the president inaugurated every 20 years has either been assassinated, died in office, or shot (did Reagan break the curse? - he was shot but did not die). Go back 1981, 1961, 1941, etc......
