If a couple was going through martial issue and the wife choosed to get a epo, only because she wanted to make sure her husband never took off with the child and she felt she had no other way to turn (it is his right as the son's father to take him, in the eyes of the law the child is consisdered community property). Her only concern was always keeping her son, there was never any signs of abuse towards the child and he was taken to the doctor weekly, who confirmed that the child was fine and healthy. Should she be held accountable for the infants death, if the child's father does something to the child at there home, which causes his death. while she was not present? If so what what should the charge be?

Bush has said that we would not distinguish between terrorists, and those who harbor them. Apparently Osama is in Pakistan. Why haven't we gone and got him? Did Bush 'flip-flop'?

Our son has a sleeping disorder and is mentally retarded with an IQ below 70.Recently he left the house in the middle of the night and got into 12 cars.He took petty little things of intrest to him, nothing of any great value.Only one person signed a complaint, but he now has 12 felony burgulary charges. We have done an incompentency evaluation and he was diagnosed incompatent to stand trial. So now they want him to be sent to a mental institution so they can make him competent. This law could apply to someone with pyscological problems but there is no cure for mental retardation. Please help us we have only till Oct. 3 to come up with a defense. We live in Kansas.

Me, probably him choking on a pretzel.

It wasn't Adolph Hitler who paid the price for WW II and his illegal war of aggression, it was the German people. We simply cannot torture and murder people on a wholesale basis without paying the butcher's bill.

Ok now try and keep up.
1.saudi arabia is currently the friendliest big oil nation we have.
2.their dynasty is changing and a new government may not be pro US.
3.Iraq has oil, lots and lots of oil.
4.Other big oil countries are not pro US.
5.We invade Iraq.
6.We set up pro US government in Iraq.
7.They sell us ungodly amounts of oil ensuring our oil gluttony never ends.
So currently we do not get out oil from Iraq, you are right about that, but in the future that is the plan. You get it? Otherwise they would sell the oil to other countries and their economies would flourish and ours go bye bye

In the media is the thought that things are worse. Isn't it possible that the Lord is just shining His light on our enemies & so what we didn't see yesterday, we see today?

Terrorism has been going on since genocides.

That's the plan for Iraq, but what exactly is it. We aren't doing to good as it is, so to stay the course would mean what, 4 more years and 3000 more dead soldiers while no significant progress and civil war at hand?

if your husband is going to deploy but he'll get back right before your supposed to PCS, isn't there a way that the family can pack out and move onto the next duty station while he's still deployed and then when he's done he can join us there. What is that called or what paperwork is needed?

Also, I am suing my school, will they make an arrangement with me that they get a portion of the settlement for their legal fees if I win, and I don't pay anything if by the off-chance I don't win?

Synopsis of my case:
The incident that occurred stems from a long history of the administrators at my High School unsuccessfully attempting to discipline me for lawful actions and words taken and used by myself regarding my political, and religious beliefs. Several weeks ago it came to my attention, through a trustworthy friend of mine that graduated last year, that a classmate of mine, much like many people here, was living a life that consisted primarily of excessive drinking, drug use, and promiscuity.

I was also told that this person claimed to be a conservative, and often falsely exclaimed to be one. I contacted them on one occasion out of school, after school hours, and on AOL instant messenger to confront them about this, and to try and reach out to them. After failing to do so, I elected to hope for the best for them, and to let the issue go. Soon after, the student took a chat log, and brought it to the school administrators, who took no action on it for 10 days as they unsuccessfully attempted to contact the police to charge me with a crime, of which I committed none.

They also publicly made statements during assemblies regarding a student handbook, without using my name, but the Principal stated something similar to that they were"working with the police about a student cyber-bullying another", and in a different assembly, which someone told me about, one of the Vice Principals stated something along the lines of "not pushing your religious beliefs on others." On Wednesday, September 20, 2006, the girl confronted me during home room in class with multiple witnesses present telling me that she "knew it was me", and to "not message her again", even though I had not made any attempt to contact her since, nor did I converse with her in person after the comment I made online.

On Friday, September 22, 2006, I was called down to the office. I waited for about 25 minutes as the Principal, and two Vice Principals discussed me in the Principals office. They called me into a conference room, and claimed that I had somehow gained this information of her claiming to be a conservative from a classroom exercise, and therefore they had the jurisdiction to issue a two day suspension comprising the next two school days, with readmittance after a parent conference. They also put down the official reason as "sexual harassment", which they claim my online comment to be, despite the fact that there was no sexually harassing language involved. Also, despite the fact that I issued no threats whatsoever, and have no disciplinary record, they claimed that she was made to feel "uncomfortable and afraid."

I am one of the more extreme cases of them violating constitutional rights. My rights to privacy, free speech, and religion have all been violated. There have also been other incidents where they feel they have the right to discipline other students about incidents that do not relate to school in any way, most prominently internet related ones. My goal is to get this illicit suspension removed from my record, and to establish a legal precedent where the fundamental legal rights guaranteed by the constitution as well as federal and state laws do not permit school administrators to wrongfully persecute students for exercising these rights.

the Left's idea of intelligence: gather intelligence somehow but dont use personal information from anyone who lives in the US no matter what.
the Left's idea of politics: take polls and do whatever the polls say because you dont want to be "politically incorrect" and "offend" or "hurt" anyone's feelings, most importantly the feelings of illegal aliens.
the Left's idea of illegal immigration: leave it alone, give them amnesty. Let cities like Houston (ironically) and San Diego be "haven cities" where police aren't allowed to ask if someone is legal, even is they get pulled over.
the Left's idea of economics: tax the hell out of everyone, give welfare to anyone who wants it, even if it slows economic development and job creation. Oh, and let's falsely claim that unemployment is high.
the Left's idea of terrorism: they like us when we do what they say. we should appease them instead of fight them. anyway, the terrorists are right, but why dont we leave America if we dont like it?
?

It seems that taking the action to set a flag on fire in the midst of a protest is not free speech but an action, our actions are limited. So, how could setting a flag on fire fall under free speech?

My fellow Republicans...

The RNC is working on a new housing plan for the poor and elderly in this great nation. No more section 8 vouchers, no more gov't subsidizing!

Instead the RNC envisions entire communities created and planned just for the poor and elderly!

The RNC will help provide sheet metal, tin, 1/4" plywood, and have the residents build their own homes! They communities will be built along clean rivers and streams to provide water! Ample trees in the forest will provide a energy source for heating and cooking. Each home will cost $300, instead of the 2.6 billion we spend to help house people annually.

We will name these communities after Herbert Hoover, that lead America through times of great prosperity!

MY fellow Republicans.......Will you support the new RNC plan for housing?
