Exactly how much oil are we taking from Iraq??? Less than you would think.... again the myth that the war was about oil... in actuality we are below the amount of oil we were getting from the 'oil for food program' that was being abused under the Clinton regime...

Oh yeah... all that fight over oil for the war in Iraq (If you could only see my eyes rolling)....

Geologically, your premise is wrong, we believe there are diapirs in some of the areas of the coastline but no one has explored sufficiently to know. With oil in Afghanistan, Iran, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan, it is possible that there are field of oil or gas there.

Pakistan has been cooperating in the war on terror. It's just a shame that that's where so many of them get the fundamentalist ideas taught to them in the madrases there to get them started in their quest for a jihad
