Im a student at U of milwaukee and i threw a kegger which got busted friday. Because there were more than 50 people at this party, (86 and we were just getting started) and i was "accepting donations" they took the kegs, the money, and they left me with a noise violation ($234) and distributing alcohol w/o licence ($997). Has anyone else fought this, or know how to fight, and what were the results.... i really need to know

He accused Bush of not doing anything about terrorists/bin Laden in his first 8 months of office but Clinton did nothing about terrorists/bin Laden in the whole of his 8 years! He received intel from Sandy Berger (the guy who stole classified documents and put them in his pants and socks) that the USS Cole was a Taliban attack and too when Clinton had bin Laden in his sights he retreated from capturing and magically a sizeable campaign contribution from a Saudi prince appeared in his coffers...this Saudi prince was known to support bin Laden....how can Clinton accuse Bush and how can Democrats stand by and ignore the truth just so they can bash Bush....scary but the ones destroying America are many of the Democrats, Liberals and anti-America American citizens.

"...They had eight months to try. They did not try. I tried. So I tried and failed," he (Clinton) said.
8 months vs. 8 years. Hmmmmm that's a snappy comeback.

That and he's like a foot taller than his interviewer and looked like he was going to slap him half the time - I think he foundled Wallace a couple times, why'd he keep putting his hand on Wallace's lap?

Do you think he did a good job defending himself against the interviewer's charge that he did nothing to stop terrorism, or do you think he was impolite and angry about being lied about? Did you hear the part where he said he at least tried, but the Bush people had 9 months to try and didn't even try, they did nothing. Don't you think the press is nothing but a public relations agency for the Republicans? Worthless? A pathetic joke? A disgrace to their profession?

I have surrendered my BSNL, Calcutta Telephones connection and the instrument as well.
I applied for the refund of Rs.4500/- deposite money for the telephone on 18/8/2006 along with
necessary documents. Despite my several requests the BSNL, Calcutta Telephones official tersely
denied to mention how long it is going to take to get the refund. This appeared to me very strange.

However he told me that there was nothing wrong with my papers.
Now it is well over a month since I applied for the refund.
My question is should it take so long to get the refund. If so how long? It can't be indefinite?

How much should I get as refund considering I applied for the telephone connection along with the deposit money on October-1997 and got my connection on January-98.

or Mexican American they take away from themselves the right that they already have, the right to be an "American".
Being American isnt about White, Black, Japaniese, Hispanic, Irish, or whatever. its about liveing in a country where we are all supposed to be free. no matter what color race or religon or country of origin you are.
By classifying yourself as anything other than an "American" you are setting up your own differences from everybody else and createing your own conflicts along with.
America is the Great melting pot of the world. anyone can come here and become a citizen, and if you were born here you already are, people need to realize that this is the only country in the world that this is possible. and they need to appreciate it and start showing it I am an American,I was born here, it doesnt matter where my parents were born.

What are your views on immigrants coming to our country from different parts of the world? Whether they come here to visit or to stay permanently, what do you think about it? Also, how do you think things would be if you traveled to another place: state or country, and decided to visit or even live there. What do you think their thoughts are?

Last saturday I was caught shoplifting, I regret it now and am ready to face consequences, but am concerned about my case. In the store the arresting security officer simply said, "I am placing you under arrest." I was released later that day and not once were my rights read to me. Please tell me if this helps my case.
