What are your views on immigrants coming to our country from different parts of the world? Whether they come here to visit or to stay permanently, what do you think about it? Also, how do you think things would be if you traveled to another place: state or country, and decided to visit or even live there. What do you think their thoughts are?

This country was built on immigration and unless someone speaks a different language, it is really difficult to distinguish visitors from citizens.
As for visiting another country, I can not say I have been far or well traveled, but I did make it to Vancouver (Canada) earlier this year and the people I met there were a lot more pleasant and considerate than the majority of the people that I know here in the United States. If I could, I would move to Vancouver in a heart beat.

Visitors welcome! How wonderful it is for anyone to explore their world and all the people in it.
As for living here full time...fine, so long as you learn to speak the native language! I'm not going to spend my time working with you if you don't care to take the time to speak the native language (as seen from a perspective of giving customer service through a company).

I think we should welcome them as best we can. I love to travel, and a trip would not be worth the money I'm spending to just be treated like crap everywhere I went. People have been very open to me when I'm in their countries. I think we can be the same way
