OK before everyone says this question was stupid, there have been some stupid lawsuits over stupid things. Example do you remember the thing with the pepsi points? Well pepsi had a commercial that made a joke if you got 100,000,000 pepsi points or so you could trade them in for a jet...some kid actually collected ALL those pepsi points and pepsi would not give him a jet so he sued pepsi for a few million dollars or so...

Anyway the question is, anyone ever see Tag commercials, well obviously (and yes I tried it), the commercials are always if you use the product beautiful women try and tackle you...could someone sue Tag because of its "failure" to work?

usatoday.com Man arrested in Colorado dragging death CASTLE ROCK, Colo. (AP) — A man was arrested in the gruesome dragging death of a woman after a stained and tattered photograph of him was found at the crime scene, police said Wednesday.
Jose Luis Rubi-Nava, 36, was arrested Tuesday night on suspicion of murder and jailed without bail. Investigators said they were still trying to identify the victim, who was dragged behind a vehicle with a rope, leaving a trail of blood more than a mile long.

Authorities did not immediately respond to questions about how the photograph ended up near the woman's body, which was discovered Monday in a suburban neighborhood about 20 miles south of Denver.

The picture shows a couple who appear to be in their 30s, with the man leaning his arm on the woman's shoulder. Investigators did not say whether the woman in the picture was the victim.

The photo had been released to the public, and Sheriff Dave Weaver said tips from citizens helped lead to the arrest. Weaver offered no motive for the killing, and the sheriff's department did not respond to repeated requests by phone and in writing for more information.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesman Carl Rusnok said agents believe Rubi-Nava is an illegal immigrant from Mexico.

At a court appearance Wednesday afternoon, Rubi-Nava listened through a translator as District Judge Paul A. King formally told him the charge he faces.

King sealed the arrest warrant affidavit, which outlines the preliminary allegations against Rubi-Nava, at the request of public defender Kathleen McGuire. King said he would consider McGuire's request for a gag order.

Neighbors discovered the woman's body before dawn. Her face was unrecognizable and an orange tow rope was around her neck, said Nancy Foley, who lives nearby.

An autopsy indicated the woman died of asphyxiation and head injuries from being dragged.

The trail of blood led from Interstate 25 to the woman's body, which was found on a street lined with large ranch-style homes on spacious lots. On Wednesday, highway crews were spreading fresh tar over the roads to cover the traces of blood.

We're already paying for income tax, why should we pay sales tax? It might make sense to distribute some of the money that we make to the government to help the country, but why do we also have to pay for something such as sales tax when we spend? The sellers should be the ones who pay for it since they are the ones who're generating income. Please feel free to express your opinion on this subject.

My friend borrowed my motorcyle and we had a verbal agreement that if anything happened while in his possession he'd be held responsible. The motorcycle doesn't have insurance b/c its not required. He got a ticket for the accident for reckless driving. Now I'm getting sent a bill for the car he hit and have my motorcycle estimate, that he stated before borrowing if anything happened he'd take responsibility, and of course now he says he's not paying. If I sue him based on the above information is it likely that the judge will make him pay for all the damages? I really need guidance on this please and thanks!

Of course his plan could have been rejected but then again, the FISA Court might have given Mr Bush their Blessing ... and everything would be fine.
Certainly, it would have been a Felony to divulge the Wiretaps if FISA had agreed. However, because of his paranoia, there are some 30 Felony Charges against President Bush.
What was he afraid of?

I was at the UN yesterday and today watching the procession. Venezeula's President Chavez REALLY Tore Bush a new one.

This guy flew from Venezuela, to NEW YORK, got on stage and claimed that Americans should be worried because "THE DEVIL HIMSELF" is in the head of our government.

He then went on to say that "THE DEVIL HIMSELF STOOD RIGHT HERE" and that he could "STILL SMELL THE SULFUR".

I've never EVER seen world opinion so strongly against America and we only have EL DIABLO BUSH to thank for it.
Not even in the days of the cold war has America been hated this much. Even Khrushev never claimed JFK was SATAN.

Maybe its because America's war in Iraq is UNJUST and because the pro-Israeli administration has allowed ZIONISM to destroy the Lebanese while the world watched.

QUESTION #2

Who will be the next world leader to show the world that Bush is a "piece of sh!t"? I'm thinking it will be the FRENCH or SYRIANS.
