"Freedom of Religion", do you think it was possible that they meant freedom of denomination? Do you THINK they really meant all religions, even those outside of Christianity? Do you THINK any one of the Framers left England to practice any other world religion?

They are not even citizens..how can we oppress them if they are not even in this country on paper.

The white minority in Latin countries oppresses the metizos and indigenous people. I'll give them that..but why do white people in this country have to take the heat for it.?......isn't that a case of mis-guided anger....or do that just use the race card because they are ruthless and have no character?

Dog the bounty Hunter was arrested in Hawaii, for alleged kidnapping in Mexico,in 6/18/2003.for the capture of Max Factor, who fled to MX.after being convicted of raping three women. I hope that the Government do not return him to Mx. because once you are in their prison, they may as well, put a pistol to your head and pull the trigger. believe me I know, because MX. is run by the drug lords and there is no justice since some of their officials are corrupted and are involved with the drug lords.

If everyone voted over the age of 18 wouldnt this in itself give a better picture of how the country was thinking ,and at the same time break the two party monopoly.

Now these idiots are fighting among one another. Bush is seeing more and more opposition to his freedom taking, privacy invading motives.

Fingers are being pointed at one another. Bush is speaking out against those who oppose them. All this division reminds me of third grade.

When will the third grade arguing stop? Maybe it's a good thing, because people need to stop nutcase Bush, and it might take the division in the conservative republican ranks.

Are the Democrats going to give the Terrorists amnesty? I mean god forbid we listen to their INTERNATIONAL phone calls to see what they are plotting. God fordbid we trace their money, everything takes money. God forbid we press them for information by blasting music to them.

Also dems cry about Club Gitmo. Average weight gain 7-8 pounds. Look at the weather of Gitmo compared to Iraq or Afghan. Free prayer rug, Koran or other holy book to worship the god of their choice all for free!!!

Most people in the US had family members that came to the US from other countries and came through legally at Ellis Island. I hear this argument a lot from people who think we should "sent the Mexicans back to where they came from." So my question is, if we set up something similar to Ellis Island at the Mexican boarder, would that be a good way for Mexicans to immigrate legally?

Why not get all the rapists, murderers, child abusers, serial violent offenders and stick them all on an island together - they would have the oppurtunity to work the land to grow food - but they would get nothing given to them. In short they would actually have to work for a living.

Marriage is only an empty promise.

Suppose I promise my neighbor that I will clean her car tomorrow if she cleans mine today. She cleans my car today, but I don't clean hers tomorrow simply because I don't feel like it. To make matters worse, she doesn't even care. Of what value was my promise?

We have a similar situation for marriage. Divorce is so easy to come by, and there is no stigma to it. So, of what value was the marriage vow? Zero.

The only reason for marriage today is to get tax breaks. In my opinion, those who break their sacred vows by getting a divorce should be penalized by being required to repay their tax breaks.

No, forget it. This proposal is not on your beloved news media. So just forget about it. It can't be any good, now can it?

If we would try this proposal, divorce lawyers would be forced to try doing something productive--like shining shoes.

Oh, no, forget what I'm saying. You love lawyers. They're great people, aren't they?
