I would say a sense of humour is essential when answering certain questions but then on the other hand some questions are of a serious nature and need to be answered in a sympathetic way LOL

They say the Brits have a fine sense of humour, but it is often lacking in the answers given

How about one for just being ignorant lol Ive often thought that should be an abuse too, there's not a whole lot of humor in the immigration category.People have very strong opinions and are adamant in their views.Me included but at times I like to inject a bit of humor too .sometimes it gets pretty hot and heavy in this category .:)

I use humuor alot in my answers, I earned quite a few best answers for it.
But I also know when not to, espically if someone is asking a serious question.
As they say if you dont laugh you'll cry
I'd rather laugh

So many good answers. Yours is great. I love Rox's answer. How about one for troll? Or just plain wrong.
Nice post. Enjoyed it.

How about lack of ability to spell, lack of the use of grammar, stupid rhetoric about hating an American president or ethnic group.I think instead of lack of sense of humor it should be lack of ability to know that someone is kidding.I just had a questioner select mine as best answer asking if your head really turns into fruit after eating a Starburst like on the commercials. You should have seen some of the responses. Most people thought it was a serious question.I knew that noone could be that stupid as to believe that so I responded with a humerous answer.

I'll second that motion and raise you a mean & nasty response/answer. If people don't care about the subject, they shoud just stay away rather than post nasty words and phrases. There are plenty of other questions to answer if they are THAT bored.

I agree, I was reported, for speaking my mind in regards to a politically charged question, NO FREEDOM OF SPEACH ALLOWED HERE.

Why should there be a report abuse category? Just ignore something you don't like instead of trying to suppress someone's free speech.
