Dog the bounty Hunter was arrested in Hawaii, for alleged kidnapping in Mexico,in 6/18/2003.for the capture of Max Factor, who fled to MX.after being convicted of raping three women. I hope that the Government do not return him to Mx. because once you are in their prison, they may as well, put a pistol to your head and pull the trigger. believe me I know, because MX. is run by the drug lords and there is no justice since some of their officials are corrupted and are involved with the drug lords.

Dog the Bounty Hunter Special appeared on A&E last night. Critics may dismiss his plight because they see his show as a novelty. But I say to you this is of great import because there are three men’s lives at stake. This certainly deserves the attention of the public and the US government.

I am so incensed at his arrest and possible extradition back to Mexico. The whole thing is disgusting.

Duane “Dog” Chapman’s life and the life of son Leland & brother Tim hang in the balance over a minor misdemeanor – the capture of Andrew Luster – notorious rapist now serving 124 year sentence in prison.

While in custody in a US federal detention facility, their lives were threatened by familiar faces and other inmates seeking revenge for his bounty hunting profession. The Mexican prison’s conditions would be worse and they would most likely not live to serve the 4 month to 4 year sentence that misdemeanor carries.
“…. Mexico routinely declines to extradite suspects facing life in prison or the death penalty. Mexico's Supreme Court, which favors rehabilitation and views capital punishment and no-parole sentences as cruel, has blocked numerous extraditions until U.S. authorities agreed to lower the potential punishment a suspect faced in an American court.”
“Mexico itself has a mixed track record for returning fugitives. In the case of American citizens who flee to Mexico, it can take U.S. officials months or even years to get a fugitive returned if they have a good lawyer.”

yes he was. He gets people back under American law. Like if you molest a child in another country and you go back to the USA, you can be arrested and sent back to that country for trial. This happened a couple of years ago with another bounty hunter in Canada. While there is corruption in Mexico and there are drug lords it doesn't matter in this case, with Dog it will be an open and shut case he wont have a defense, kidnap is kidnap. He will get justice and do jail time as he deserves.

each and every physique of those solutions are incorrect. The FBI and the police officers weren't "to busy" to circulate after the "Max ingredient" heirer, Bounty searching is against the regulation in Mexico and the legal government have been following proceedures, The Bounty Hunter became not yet, taking an threat that others, had performed the paintings on. Dwane Chapmen (the bounty hunter) isn't something greater then a "bail leaping" chaser that's in greater worry then various the human beings he chases. Do you reall think of a Bounty Hnter runs around in black leather-based finished of jangles and gingles. donning his hair like a circus action picture star, mutually along with his fat spouse and his friends. They make a solid circus tutor, it quite is all. i understand greater then various Bounty hunters in Vegas, they appear to be businessmen, they not at all carry weapons and that they "do not make" arrests, they have the police officers on the scene and the police officers make the arrests. Chapmen has his very own history that follows him around, like the "Gottis" from the "'Gotti tutor" and each and all the lies they informed, now A&E ought to ask question they are in a position to't answer to Bounty Hunter. They subsidized Gotti and the lies they informed, now they're all in penitentiary, their sources has been confiscated and that they seem to be a huge fluke, Dwane Chapmen will quickly save on with. by ability of how, he wasn't released from Mexico, he paid a a million/2 million dollar bail himself and is waiting trial. He became additionally kicked out of Hawaii and a dozen different states, informed not at all to return back. He won't be in a position to circulate back to Mexico for breaking each and all the international regulations. he's a former biker, has performed time for drugs and "merchandising, possession" he has his very own bypass to bare. This tutor isn't something greater then a farce.

Is in the pound. Probably to be extridited to Mexico. I have read numerous forums that all call this the most heinous act by our friends to the south. Why? Beacause they consider Dog a hero. Ok. He is a shitbag ex con. Once a piece of ****, always a piece of ****. His show if you have not seen it, he claims to be going after guys for rape, murder etc, not true. As a bounty hunter he can only go after them for skipping bail. That is it. But this is more dramatic to say that he is doing more it adds to the show. He claims he uses mace because he doesnt need a gun, WRONG. He uses mace because ex cons cant have guns. He is so full of ****. I hope Mexico locks him up forever.

Well, I can't figure out how anybody can stand Dog the bounty hunter and his crew. They look and act like a bunch of low lifes. Don't bounty hunters have to have the police with them? If not, they should have to.
I understand he uses feathers in his hair because he has Indian heritage. What Indian nation in this country would want to claim him?

Ummm.. he didnt kidnap Max Factor lol heres the right answer...... American TV bounty hunter DUANE 'DOG' CHAPMAN and two of his co-stars were arrested yesterday (14SEP06) in Hawaii. Chapman, his son LELAND CHAPMAN and TIMOTHY CHAPMAN were brought into custody on suspicion of illegal detention and conspiracy in a kidnapping dating back three years (03). US Marshal MARK HANOHANO says the arrest "went down without incident". MONA K WOOD, publicist for Chapman's show DOG THE BOUNTY HUNTER, insists he will be vindicated, "He arrests the bad guys - and he is definitely not one of them." The charges date back to Chapman's apprehension of Max Factor heir ANDREW LUSTER in Puerto Villarta, Mexico, in 2003. Luster had fled the US after being convicted of raping three women, and his capture catapulted Chapman to fame and led to his show being commissioned. US Marshals spokeswoman NIKKI CREDIC says the trio face extradition to Mexico. They were arrested shortly after Luster's capture and released on bail, but they failed to return for court hearings in Puerto Villarta. Mexican authorities wanted Luster turned over to them in 2003, but Chapman refused.
