My best hope is that the republicans divide right down the middle.......they are doing a good job right now!!!!! Bush can't even keep his own party together...I love it!!!

As long as neither party offers an individual with vision that a strong majority can get behind, the division will be there. Remember say for instance the election was 45% to 55% only 2 parties voting, this is really only 5% difference than a 50/50 split. If 5% of the people on the winning side voted the other way it would have been a tie.

You are misinformed as usual for a liberal democrat.....we conservatives are not dividing America....we are trying too unite the country on the grounds of common moral decency....something i think you liberals are surly missing....
If you look at the people who are pointing fingers and speaking out against anyone it is the liberal democrats and anyone who buys into there great lie....
The third grade....how the hell do you even know what the third grade is like...by the sounds of your crap....you barley made it past the first grade...and that was with bribes...and now your just stuck in the second grade....throwing a fit and crying and whining like most liberals when you don't get your way....pisses you off knowing that you believe the lie and are stuck in place while every one else who can think for them-self advances in life .....
The republicans are not perfect but they sure as hell are a lot better then anything the democrats have had in office in like what over 40 years...... at least the conservatives actually care about America and the American people.....we don't sell out too the Chinese like Clinton did and we don't sell out too the terrorist like your party is doing now!

Given the way the election in 2004 went this may be the most idiotic question that I have seen. The conservatives are so divided that they consolidated there control and won the presidency from that shining example of solidarity that is the democrats?

Why is so much based on two political half parties that dont really exists in numbers great enough to poll their own presidental canidate into office?
When it comes down two it we have two people in american, those who want to preserve america as it has been while still moving it ahead, and those who want to rebuild from its very foundation in order to move ahead.
Those two principals will always clash, and both sides, be they conservative, democratic, republican or liberal, or some other weak party, will NEVER see eye to eye.
The only thing that anyone can agree on is the thought of progress, but everyones definition of that varies greatly from the next.
So why not just cool it, vote for the person you believe can best represent you, and learn to function in society without judging how the person next to you would like to vote.

We were all together for this War on Terrorism thing. Then you libs decided to break off and be whiny b!$es. The republicans that are splitting off are up for re-election and just don't have the rocks to stand up for this country... just like the libs.

Welcome to politics. If there was clear concensus on all issues this would be Heaven not earth. Both parties have internal fighting because people dont always agree. Look at the democrats canning Joe Leiberman!

What the hell are you talking about? Its your evil liberal ways that are screwing our country over. You and your liberal ways are an outrage to the American people. You know any famous conservatives? Linclln, Washington, Hamilton...... go figure. Do some research and pull your head out of the gutter.

As I told the last person to ask this question. You are more than welcome to agree with us. Until you do, you are as responsible for any division as we are.
