my boy friend is on probation and he was arrested yesterday for misdeameaners that he just did now will he have to serve his time or will they let him go

I was stopped by a police patrol car hiding behind some bushes. I was accidentally going 10 miles over the speed limit, however my ticket looks like I was going 30 miles over.....then at the same stop I rec'd a ticket for expired registration (I fixed that!), then no front license plate (how my car came!) and then the rear license plate the officer said was obscured by the dealer's name.

My main question is this: On this very same ticket, it lists 2 totally separate addresses for the offenses. My speeding ticket has its address on one street, all other "offenses" are listed on a totally differnt street.

I always heard that if there is a discrepancy like this or any other "error" made by the policeman, then the entire ticket can be thrown out.

Does anyone know about this law, (I live in Texas) and if so, how do I go about diputing it in court. I must appear in court tomorrow, but I can ask for a trial by judge. HELP!!!

Please bear with me, this is long but I am sincere in seeking responses

Everytime that I read on these message boards that what happened on 9/11 was a act perpetrated by the Bush Administration it makes me curious how the people who believe that is what happened can explain two very basic aspects of the conspiracy.

First, how could a plan that clearly would have had to have so many people involved in the plan, be executed, without anyone coming forward and actually saying I have proof that this was an inside job? I mean, it would have taken a multitude of people from a multitude of agencies, the military, airline companies and the Bush Administration not to mention the passengers on Flight 93, their family, friends, more agencies who were all in contact with the passengers at one time or another during the flight. Yet, not one accusation or leak that this was a inside job. How can you explain this? Inside of Bush's Administration there have been more leaks to the press over

Those who have served in the military may or may not agree, I believe that it should be compulsory for everybody to complete a minimum of 2 yrs service in the defence force. It teaches everyone what it is to be Australian. Mateship, trust, loyalty, honor and courage to name a few. This would solve the crisis the australian defence force is experiencing in having in low recruitment and allow everyone to try something they would never dream of. 2 yrs service, you dont like it then leave, you do like it then stay on and do a bit more. what do you think?? and why??

What if you loan someone money or co-sign for a loan they never pay back, and you take them to court for it, and you win, but they have no money? If the loan is on your credit, but in both names, does it come off? Or what if someone stopped paying rent and you had to break the lease, and now that is on your credit? Does winning a civil court case relieve you of your negatively affected credit? Do they transfer the debt to the other person, or what happens?
