Sorry but that info. is not available on line. The reason is, he's awaiting trail. You will need to call the arresting agency and find out from them what County he's being charged in and where he's being held, then contact a bonding company if you want to bond him out of jail.
All the arrest reports, mug shots are confidential and not viewed by anyone other than police or District Attorneys, until court date or after the case has been disolved.
1.Delta County is the County where he's being held.
2.Jail Phone number:970-874-2021

Ooohh. That information usually takes time to land on the internet. You might be able to ready some of the Colorado newpapers, on line, Rocky Mountain News is probably the biggest, and see if you can find a report of the arrest. From there, you are probably going to have to pick up the phone and start making some calls.

You need to contact the county jail in Hotchkiss County. With the right answers to their questions, they can put you in contact with your brother's lawyer/public defender. Has your brother called anyone in the family? Because if anyone has tried to post bail, the Bonds place will be MORE than willing to help you.
Good luck Hon.

Sorry for that news. :(
Scubadiver is correct. You may want to try calling the city or county PD/jail where your brother lives. Most likely starting point, at least. Good luck.
