Studies say that rapists would continue to rape if given the opportunity, even if they were castrated or had no penis. They say they would rape with some other object, as the object of rape is to violate and control. Therefore, the proper punishment would most likely be life in prison.

Whether or not they have consciences and respect not harming others.Exploring their childhoods/teen years and finding out if they as well were victims growing up in life. Before they can love and respect others they must first love and respect theirselves, feeling of compassion towards others, and towards life itself! The final answer lies in Compassion!

cutting off the penis wont help. he can commit other crimes. social pressures dont work at all on these persons. Hard labour in the prison up to the time the person attains the age of 60 years may be an option. At present life imprisonment = 14 years. when the person comes out of jail he could be 35-40.

Heres my idea: Put him in a tin shed at least 100 miles from anywhere with his penis in a vice that is padlocked shut, leave a rusty, blunt hacksaw within reach but hard to get without stretching his ****, then light the shed on fire. He has two choices 1) burn to death 2) cut off your **** and walk 100 miles to get help by which time the wounds would be badly infected.

Out of all crimes, rape is the worst because the victim is still alive and must suffer hellish nightmares for the rest of their life. Not only that, but their chastity might have been stolen, they might me internally injured for life, or they could be pregnant.

Isolate him in a cell with out light for life. He should cry his heart out to see or hear somebody. Make him beg for death. But make sure he lives for a long time. Sounds Insane. But its nothing compared to the trauma he has caused to the victim.
