Communism was doing just fine until America's interference and propaganda war. Communism would have abolished religion from all aspects of the state. Socialism is ultimately going to overtake America as it is incrementally as with the start of Social Security to Medicare to other such programs. Why did America fear communism? It's never really existed. Soviet Russia wasn't truly communist nor is China today.

Our military had the opportunity to kill between 200 and 300 high ranking terrorists, but did not because they knew you would throw a fit for bombing them during a funeral.

I'm just curious. Why is it that a person can ask about the special rights a "real" sex offender has, and almost everyone who rushed in to answer, defended those very creeps? I didn't say the people who are "falsely" accused
of the act, I "said" the one's who are truely guilty! They are treated with this sickening protection, then they turn around and continue to hurt our children! Yeah, I can only imagine "why" those who got all worked up, "did." I knew a
guy nearly all of my life, thought he was a great guy. Then about 12 years ago he was sent to prison for being a pedophile, and he admits he will do it again! He needs to be put under the damned ground! PERIOD!

Do you think you should be disabled to get a disability check? Some Vets are claiming disability just to get a second retirement...
.. I have heard them coach each other on what to say to the doctor to get a rating...i.e. I have sleep apnea, hearing problems (subjective stuff which is hard to prove or disprove)
.. I am a nurse and deal with real disabled people, and feel like we need to get this under control.

did anybody see the documentary on the 9/11 cover up?im not sure that i can believe that everything was a conspiracy but there are so many questions left un answered.like why is there no video of any plane hitting the pentagon?how could the towers fall when only 4 floors were burning for only 53 minutes?why did building 7 just come crashing down without even being on fire?how come they recovered the terrorist's passport which is made of paper and not the plane's black box which is made of the strongest metals known to man?the list goes on and on...if it was a government conspiracy then what was the purpose?what motive? some answers please!!!

The war on terror is just a Madison Avenue slogan. There is no end game to it. There will be always terrorism as defined by one side or another. Jobs are being outsourced. Middle class Americans are earning less or taking more jobs to stay where they are. A weak middle class leads to societal instability. All you have to do is look around. Countries that have a small well-to-do population and a large socio-economic population at the bottom suffer from political unrest. This won't happen over night, but like a lobster being slowly boiled, it is happening. President Bush before he was elected said that protecting the middle class was his greatest conceren. The tax cuts belie this. The wealthiest benefitted the most. Tax cuts are meaningless if your job has been outsourced.

That is, a U.N.-like organization, but one where only democratic freedom-respecting governments can belong (i.e., thugs who take over a nation cannot send their thug-representative), and whose aim is to overthrow dictators and totalitarian governments. The means could be economic, support for local democratic movements, or military; whichever is deemed most efficient and most moral.

Two potential ways of asking "should there be such an organization".

First, morally, would such a thing be justified if it were effective?

Second, would it in fact be effective?

What do people think of the rise of 25p for over 80s given 3 years ago. was it an insult to the elderly or did the government really think it was going to be of use and for what. I dont think i have ever seen or read anyone make a comment about it, but my comment is who ever gave the go ahead must have meant to insult the aged
