did anybody see the documentary on the 9/11 cover up?im not sure that i can believe that everything was a conspiracy but there are so many questions left un answered.like why is there no video of any plane hitting the pentagon?how could the towers fall when only 4 floors were burning for only 53 minutes?why did building 7 just come crashing down without even being on fire?how come they recovered the terrorist's passport which is made of paper and not the plane's black box which is made of the strongest metals known to man?the list goes on and on...if it was a government conspiracy then what was the purpose?what motive? some answers please!!!

The best evidence that it was a conspiracy is the lack of evidence for it, for it just shows how good they are at carrying off the conspiracy. lol

Of course, the big flaw in most conspiracies is that they usually can't be disproven. They rely on leaps of faith and ideas that sound good (like the passport and blackbox comment) but really don't mean anything. And then they rely on a lack of evidence for support (say that out loud and see if it sounds as crazy to you as it should). So the fact that there is no video is support for their claim????

As far as the Pentagon, of course the bigget reason to believe it was a plane is that we have the flight number and we know people were on board who are now gone. So where did they go if not into the Pentagon- amazing coincidence that they disappeared that day and tracked to that location but it wasn't a plane?

Any of the other thing you mention are not that mysterious either when you consider what happened to the twin towers (hit by a fully fueled jet at 400 miles per hour). Why would only 53 minutes be significant given the impact damage and heat that would be associated with that? Again it is this linking of random facts that should raise more questions rather than comfort you.

You could certainly still believe that the government let it happen, but I think the idea that it was all a set-up (i.e WTC was rigged with explosives that day, too) should be pretty hard to believe.

i can't click over to believing in a conspiracy. our government couldn't even keep abu ghraib a secret, i don't think 9-11 would be any easier to keep quiet.

in short:
there has to be a video for them to show us one. i can get into that if you want, but there is actually a good reason that there is no video footage, only stills to release.

the 4 floors burned and weakened the steel frames supporting the towers. imagine it is like a stack of empty cardboard boxes... start punching holes in the one 3/4s of the way to the top. eventually it will fall. i can send you numbers demonstrating the increased pressure on the first floors...

building 7 was on fire. there may have been tons of diesel fuel in it too, but no one can find the paperwork for it. that doesn't really surprise me.

the plane's black box also had enough mass to fly into the building with the rest of the materials of the plane. the safes and jewelry at the bottom of the wtc was mostly obliterated... inluding tungsten, steel and diamond jewelry. there may have been hundreds of thousands of pieces of paper recovered from the site... but the only one reported to us was the terrorist's passport. that makes it seem must more unlikely than it probably was.

i cannot answer those last questions... and that is what has prompted me to try and discover what i can. i have mostly satisfied myself, but if you have specific things you wish to know, i will share what i have collected.

Dude, there are tons of plausible reasons for things you mentioned.

WTC7 was on fire and had structural damage
There were more than just 3 floors of WTC damaged. And the way it was build could easily lead one to believe a collapse could happen.
Who knows about the passport-- I've only seen that one mentioned on conspiracy sites. Never in MSM or 9/11 commission report.

The pentagon video thing IS a big question. There should be some of that around

Motive would be to persuade Americans to "defend" their country from this threat by going to war. This in order to set foot in the middle east facing an upcoming shortage of oil which those countries are full of (e.g. Iraq). The Bush administration isn't as stupid as people tend to think. There was a security camera filming the pentagon at the time it happened and many people speculated that it wasn't a plane that hit but some sort of missile because it passes so fast and looks much too small to be a plane. Also there wasn't much evidence of a plane in the debris from the pentagon. All this to say the motive is oil.

Dorothy and her house took out WTC tower #1, a rogue shuttlecraft from the Starship Enterprise took out WTC tower #2, a WW2 vintage Japanese minisub took on the Pentagon, and Flight 33 crashed because the flight crew all drank Pangalactic Gargleblasters before the flight. WTC #7 fell because of a stray shot from Martians.

Why bomb the towers? Why not take down some basic office building in Kansas and blame terrorist. Americans would be just as devistated!

Why make up the plane story. Why not just plant bombs, no special effects.

There were several motives and sub-motives.
The main 2 motives were to obtain sufficient sympathy to allow war on Afghanistan and Iraq.
The second was to terrorise the American people so that they would be prepared to give up their freedoms and enable the Patriot Act to be passed.
One sub-motive was to dispose of the WTC which was highly embarrasing, as it was losing money, yet could not be demolished because of all the asbestos on it.

Why believe the explanations and the videos of the conspiracy theorists over those of the government, media and testimonies of those who were there that day? After all, how do we know that those conspiracy theorists are not the real conspirators? How do we know that the likes of Alex Jones are not the cynical master conspirators bent on creating chaos and anarchy? 4 planes was hijacked, 2 of them flew into the WTC, 1 flew in a field in PA and the other flew into the Pentagon that is what happen on 9/11 or that is what the gov wants us to think.
