depends on the crime. If you're imbibing in illegal substances for example neither of these reasons quite fit. Ooh! I know, the reason for crime is law.

its call "***** and property" derived from the mafia....you have to have property to get the other like fancy houses, cars etc....the other wont share unless there is property to pay for their services ..like ..in all divorce cases...crime is a easy way to pay for this
