As an 18 year old female in the state of Missouri, what rights do I have?

Two years ago my sister who was a single parent to 4 children had gotton some help from a foster father for her 2 boys, he was to be their mentor. The foster father/mentor and the boyfriend of the foster father molested the boys. It went to court and the men were imprisoned. My sister was devastated for trusting what she thought was a state certified foster father.
The boys had problems in school, sleeping, trusting....many problems. My sister was under so much stress with all the appointments with physcolgists, Doctors, school....she became ill and went on assistance (Medicade) to help with all the medical bills. My sister was just diagnosed with cervical cancer a few weeks ago and now just received noticed that they were cancelling her medicade. Now that she has been diagnosed with cancer she will never be able to get insurance and that is a death sentence for her. THE STATE EMPLOYED A PERVERT TO RAPE her boys and stopped her medicade AFTER a cancer diagnosis. Any advice? Legal?

The Neocon nut who works with me and tries to convert me to be a Neoconservative (DAILY)…and claims to be a good moral Christian…doesn’t seem to be able to take his eyes off of the tattoo on the left hip (that says “Liberal to the Core”) while I’m sitting at my bench running an assay. So the real question is: what are so called “wholesome Neocons”, doing checking out married Liberal chicks? I thought you guys considered us the anti-Christ?

We were just talking about this and now we're at an impasse...there had to have been at least 1 or 2 privately run companies in the former USSR no?

In NY they recognize the step parent being financially responsible for the step child.does anyone know if CA courts recognize that child when determining child support for previous biological children? The step child does not recieve child support from biological father.

I'm not from Arizona but followed the primary there. Graf, endorsed by the Minutemen, ran against three other GOP rivals for the House district 8 seat in the primary. In an almost unheard of move, the national Republican party followed retiring incumbant Kolbe (who is for comprehensive immigration reform) in not only endorsing one of Graf's primary rivals, but paid for advertising for the rival, as well.

Graf won anyhow.

As Republican primary losers across the nation turn to congratulate and throw their support behind the winners of the Republican primaries, Kolbe is REFUSING to endorse Graf.

I guess we know where the funding of the National Republican Party stands.

Would this keep you from voting for Graf, if he had taken the primary in your district?

Do You believe in Eminent domain?

eminent domain

Law. the power of the state to take private property for public use with payment of compensation to the owner.

eminent domain
n.
The right of a government to appropriate private property for public use, usually with compensation to the owner.

em·i·nent do·main
Pronunciation: 'e-m&-n&nt-
Function: noun
: the right of the government to take property from a private owner for public use by virtue of the superior dominion of its sovereignty over all lands within its jurisdiction

I seem to be in a minority when it comes to this... People in my last question, even though they were libertarian on other issues seemed to favor this law... I howeve dissagree with it. I believe that if the gov't wants to build a highway, they should OFFER just compensation to the landowners. If the landowners don't want to give in, then they should build around that specific area.

I actualy don't think it is the gov'ts purpose to build roads, that should be done by private organizations.
