by spreading dis-information campaigns and lies (i.e. their latest example is this new 9-11 "mock-umentary")

by demanding importance be placed on, and lives be thrown away on, an illegal invasion of a country? (Iraq)

while allowing the most vile attacker of the US in her history to run off scot free (bin Laden)

_in essence they _aid_ and _abet_ the getaway of the 9-11 terrorists

has the GOP just tossed aside the final remnants of their guise of allegiance to America?

at least for the first time in the party's history they may be showing some signs of honesty at the very least!

The founding fathers had no idea that our population would expand to 300 million and many could not have known that we would own so much land (from California to NY for instance). It seems to me that they set down a perfect government which would work for the relative size and population at that time, and maybe a doubling or tripling of that population, but...since then, the representational elements of the old system have been bent to mold to the ever increasing population which is now in the hundreds of millions...Would the forefathers approve? What will happen if we don't? We will end up like South Africa (they had a European government that began about when the USA did):
A television program that aired in South Africa showed a town meeting somewhere in Southern California where people met to complain about falling standards in the schools. Whites who politely spoke at the meeting clearly resented the influx of Mexican immigrants into their community. When a handful of Chicanos at the back of the hall shouted and waved their hands at them, the whites simply shrunk back into their seats rather than tell the noisemakers to shut up. They didn't want to quarrel.

In America, the courts are still the final arbiters of society's laws. But what will happen when your future majority refuses to abide by court rulings - as in Zimbabwe?

I have recently got 1 yr multiple entry 'Type D' study visa of Portugal. When I applied for this I had to use the "Schengen visa application form". Through internet I got to know- perhaps,
'Type D' is a category of Schengen visa for long-stay. Now I am confused-- have I got a "Schengen visa" or a "Student visa"? (On the visa in remarks it is written 'Estudo' = student). Does the applicant need to apply for schengen visa when s/he needs a student visa, tourist visa etc of one of the Schengen country? In the visa it is not written "Portugal Visa" -- rather it is written "VISTOS (title) ... valid for:: portugal". No where the 'schengen' word is written. Can I visit to other schengen states with this? Sorry I am confusef and new in this. Your information will be highly appreciated
