I dont know anything about SEAL Team six other than its secret...Delta Force is real good though.

Delta by far... they recruit from all branches of the service as opposed to SEALs that are just navy

i think of its would be whichever team you hear much less approximately. specific operations involves low visibility alongside with contained in the clicking. I say they are the two badass! i think of it comes right down to which team is closest to the worry spot to get rid of the prospect.
