Maybe I'm wrong, but I fail to see where racial profiling is showing prejudice. It is a tool to make our scanning for terrorists at airports and other places quicker and efficiently. an arabian person is MUCH MORE likely to be a terrorist. All arabs are not terrorists but MOST terrorists, at this point in time, have been arabs.

Father accused of beating newborn to death


A Phoenix man is jail accused of beating his 20 day old baby girl.

Police say 21-year-old Sean Pierce shook his baby so hard she suffered massive internal injuries. advertisement




A Police Report shows Angel Pierce had a skull fracture and was sexually assaulted.

Pierce called 911 early Monday morning when Angel wasn't breathing. Paramedics say when they arrived Angel had no brain activity.

The infant was rushed to St. Joe's Hospital but later died.

Phoenix Police arrested Pierce later that day. The baby's Mother Suzan Pierce is not convinced her husband is to blame, "I'm not believing what detectives are saying."

Suzan was reportedly sleeping when Angel stopped breathing. She says Angel had no marks on her body.

Police had said there were lacerations on Angel's body and bruises on her head.

Sgt. Joel Tranter says," There is no motive out there, no reason to allow anyone to injure a young child at all." Sean Pierce has been arrested and charged in this case.

Why not include scenes casting both parties in a good light, or Republicans in a bad light?

Because ABC is not Fair and Balanced, like Fox - that's why.

I live in Virginia. And I'm looking for a new charge, currently I am pending trial for an assult that was charged against me, but I dont have court for another 2 months, and I'm not convicted of it yet, so it should not be on my record. My question to you all is....

When Applying for the job, When they run the backround check will it show up only my current history, or will is show up my pending charge, even though im not convicted of it yet?

Because I want the job but I don't want to have to put down I am pending an assult charge, when more then likely im not even going to get convicted of it? so what do u guys think? will the backround check show a pending court date? or only current convictions, thanks!

I had an occurance the other night where some guy I did not know was trying to break into my house by kicking in the door.. He was trying to get to a girl that was there, that I also did not know. I believe that he had every intent to beat her if not kill her. I called 911 and then took a defensive position in the middle of the living room with an oak staff, waiting for him to get through. I have since secured a pump shot gun in case he decides to come back, since he now knows were I live.
