That is a two part question.
1. "Why". “Why?” is a very good question.
It has been discussed for thousands of years. Socrates asked Plato. Plato asked Homer. Homer asked Jethro. None of them could answer the question “WHY?”.
2. ”is bill clinton your favorite president?” No.

Bill Clinton was one of the WORST Presidents that we have had (Well, he is ties with Jimmy Carter!). He was a do nothing President and kick the football to the next President. Thus, making it extremely difficult and exponentially more dangerous (for lack of ACTION) for #43 in today's climate. The man had more "gates" than a CC&R picket fence communtity/neighborhood. Even though many have said that his impeachment was solely because of his fellatio, it was about LYING under OATH. This, in a country that one of it's greatest attributes (which has lead to a great civilized society) is The Rule of Law. Bill Clinton lovers need to open their eyes! I respect the Offfice of the President. Yet, when a President no longer holds the Office and have been shameful, they deserve to lose respect. I could go on and on about this Former President and his spouse. Yes, I am women and do not think very highly of her. I won't and will conclude this answer, now ~A

I like Bill Clinton, because he was the only president in a long time who sincerely cared for people and who was not afraid to show his emotions.
In short, he showed himself to be a human being, including his weaknesses.

William Henry Harrison, no president in the heritage of our republic became empire did much less injury. He raised no taxes and began no wars. He ought to be an concept for all presidents. I loved Reagan, theory he replaced right into a shrink above the essential president. FDR replaced into the scum of the earth. Clinton replaced right into a corrupt stable time president whose administration replaced into in no way quite challenged. no longer basic to declare if he had any mettle. I quite have mixed thoughts approximately Abe. He replaced right into a gloomy brooding soul who waged the main terrible conflict our u . s . a . has ever seen. It in all hazard saved the union, in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it advantageous got here at a value.

Hes not, But he does what he thinks is right for the country without worrying about the political BS.....Is he right on every decision? Probably not but at least he was not a puss about it! If prior Presidents like Reagan and other presidents would have confronted this problem when it started maybe we would not be in this situation!

A great economy. Left office with a surplus.
Did not lie about his reasons for sending in the troops to two conflicts. Led an open government. He truely cares about people. He wasn't born with a silver spoon in his mouth. He respects the constitution. He can wail on a saxiphone.

He now is someone I admire a lot because of all the good causes he works tirelessly to help and to bring to the public's attention.
As president,I disagreed with some of his policies and,um...behavior at times.

Bill Clinton made life better for 48% of americans, since 48% of american taxpayers make less than $35,000. Ohh, by the way Ronald Reagan sucked, he actually made the cold war last longer, duh.
