when i go to the site for the sbi it says it something about helping law enforcement and that law enforcement calls them to investigate things . I thought they were there to stop police corruption and such????????????????????????

I'm not bashing religion here, just posing a question.

If you're reading this in the U.K. im sure you have similar problems. maybe not as prevolent but I recently read that religion has been creeping into western politics everywhere. give me your thoughts about YOUR COUNTRY as well.

Our government was based the western european enlightenment, not the bible. There are references to god but only because many of the writers of our original documents were christian. They did not think we should create laws based on the bible. oh quite the contrary. separation of church and state, remember that from history class? so why are christian groups and politicians trying to push their ideals on the public? land of the free right? maybe land of the free for christian conservatives. again, no offense

I want to do some traveling in a new RV this year.

Since I will be living in the RV, at which point does it change from home to a motor vehicle?

I like to have a few cocktails at night while I am watching television.

If I'm setting in the RV watching television and become intoxicated.
Is it illegal because I am in a motor vehicle? I would still have physical control of the vehicle (meaning that I have the keys).

Let's say that I have stopped for the night. I close off the front part (pull curtains) of the vehicle. The engine is running (to keep the systems going). I'm in the back part, having cocktails and enjoying my television shows. I would be parked in a desinated area and by myself. Would I be considered DUI or what?

I would really like to know. I sure wouldn't want to get a DUI. How would (or could) a policeman handle this.

I mean honestly, most "liberals" hate "conservatives" and visa versa. Most democrats hate republicans and visa versa. I grew up in a small California town I was one of only a handful of white kids in my school. The rest were Mexican. What I found growing up in this enviornment was that almost all of the kids were from good hard working families. These kids were my friends. I was rarely picked on for being white, and when I was, all manner of hell broke lose from the majority of Mexican kids defending me. I loved the kids I grew up with. Also, my best friend all of my adult life has been black. I am no racist! I am anti ILLEGAL immigration..not anti immigration! Why can't people see the difference. One is legal..One is not! I abhor law breakers. I do not abhor any one race! I am the DAUGHTER of Irish immigrants. They came to this country legally..they taught me to be an American patriot.
